Why does Kenneth Faried barely play? And when he plays he is incredibly efficient?

Will Barton, Wilson Chandler and Kenneth Faried for MKG, Lamb and Marvin Williams.

And I don't want to hear about "muh floor spacing". Marvin has to be shooting 20% from 3 over the last 50 games he's played. Faried plays defense and can finish in transition with the 2nd unit

I wonder what it would take for us to get Eric Bledsoe. Would be perfect for us

All the Suns drama is going down tonight. Bledsoe would indeed be an awesome fit until Batum comes back. Move Bacon to 3 and MKG to the 4. Its not like Marvin can hit a 3 anyways so why not give MKG those attempts.

Marv + choice of Graham or Bacon + 2 1sts for Bledsoe

Love the idea of Bledsoe, but he isn't worth 2 1sts.
My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody

Hell I don't think I'd give up 1 first for him unless its got similar protection to what the mavs gave philly for Nerlens.

I'd probably offer Marv+fillers+ a top 18 protected pick that conveys to two second rounders if the protection upholds

ugh, surely Phoenix can get better than an expensive Marv.

He's gotta be worth a first seeing as we SHOULD definitely be making the playoffs in the East

if we tried for Nelson, we must at least be looking at extra guards

I would trade
MKG + MCW for Bledsoe + Davon Reed

Several fake trades already suggested, but I really like the above MKG + MCW for Bledsoe trade. Not hating on MKG, but Bledsoe is simply a better fit today.

2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu

Bledsoe can still start with Batum gets back. A lot of teams are going small anyway. Kemba/Bledsoe/Batum/Kaminksy/Dwight is a lethal crunch time lineup.

We don't need a first round pick anyway next season, we have plenty of young guys with Bacon and Monk emerging.

We can't trade MCW until December 15th. It would have to be MKG for Bledsoe straight up. With MKG sitting tonight, even though he's able to play, I think there could be something brewing here.

That said I think this would be a dumb trade. Batum isn't a great defender anymore and Lamb is not dependable on that end. Yeah, we have great depth on the wing but none of them other than MKG can be counted on to defend all-star players at a high level. We do need guard help, but that is due to injuries not the makeup of the roster. If we want to make a big trade it needs to be for a two way player that doesn't force us to sacrifice defense, offense, or size - players like Paul George, Love, Gallinari, etc. not a player that we already have a better version of (Kemba) and another young player we're trying to groom to be similar (Monk).

I'm irrationally excited about Bledsoe being available.

Kemba - Bledsoe - Batum - Frank - Dwight

Oh hell yes

I don't think Phoenix has a use for a PF. They already have a log jam of players in the frontcourt so would have to be MKG.

Reggie Jackson? Send one disgruntled PG out, get one back?

MKG for Bledsoe seems like too lateral of a move for us to be taking on an older player.

Faried's a giant defensive liability at the 4 who doesnt space the floor on offense. He was a great player who got bounced off the floor due to the league shift. He doesnt offer quite enough rim protection to be a good 5, but that's really the only place you can play him anymore successfully

I'm not saying we'll trade anyone, but there is no way Cliff and the FO are not in discussions for Bledsoe. He's like a better version of what JLin was for us, and he's who we were hoping Sessions could be.

How big of a meltdown will we have if we trade Monk for Bledsoe?
