1. Subject to the rules to be set out below, players from the 1989-90 season to the 2016-17 season will be available to be drafted. You can draft players that came into the league before 1989-90 but the season you choose can't be before 1989-90.
2. You will be required to draft a total of 8 players. You will also be required to play all for at least eight minutes each.
3. The draft will consist of three rounds. In each round you will select one of the following tiers, or groups. You can select these in any round throughout the draft, in any order.
The accolades referred to below are career high accolades. For example, if you pick a season of Magic when he didn't win MVP he stills counts as your Batman since his career high accolade is MVP.
1 Batman: MVP or worse/no restrictions
2 Robin: 1st or 2nd team All-NBA or worse
5 Supporting cast: - 3 3rd team All-NBA or worse (includes All-star as worse than 3rd team All-NBA), plus 2 must not have made either all-star team or All-NBA
4. Each player you select must have played at least 50% of regular season games in the season selected.
5. The winner of the draft will be determined by rankings followed by a four team playoff.
6. You must state the specific season of the player you choose to draft. You don't have to do it right away when you make your selection but you must state it on your team roster page before the playoffs/rankings begin.
7. There is a 90 FGA limit.
8. We will be doing a modified snake draft. It will go like this: ABB
9. Players will get a maximum of a 2-hour window to make their selection when they are on the clock. If you still have not chosen a player by then, you will be skipped. Also, if you know ahead of time that you won't be available to make your pick on the clock then please PM your selection to another participant. NOTE: If you miss one pick and have failed to make it by the time your next pick comes around, you will be skipped.
10. The clock starts Thursday morning and will be turned off between 12 midnight and 9 AM EDT.
11. Draft order will be completely randomized.
12. After you have made your draft selection, please quote and/or PM the person that goes after you so they will know that it is their turn and they are on the clock. The quoting is only a courtesy. Your clock always starts immediately after the pick prior to yours. You may not change your pick after it has been made, even if the next person in the order has not picked yet.
