Although I've replayed it a few times and it's too hard to tell if billy said anything. Just stands there with his arms crossed, glazed look on his face like usual. Even when Russ took and missed it, no reaction.

Ugh, why does Westbrook feel the need to heave **** like that up? You are trying to shoot a contested 3 over Millsap. He's not good at 3s and he decides to shoot over Millsap early in the shot clock. I don't' get it.
