I'm sorry but Bush and Clinton are irrelevant since they aren't running for office or currently holding office. You can evaluate each of these in retrospect but they are nothing but a distraction from Roy Moore and the current sexual predator in the whitehouse. This reeks of whataboutism not aimed at you just the general mood in the media.

Well, I went to a Don Henley concert back in June, and this song seems appropriate for our times - moreso than when he and Bruce Hornsby wrote it in the 1980's.

Interesting perspective - I wasn't looking at it compared to Trump and Moore personally.

But when I think about it - it does have to do with Moore, Trump, Weinstein, Spacey, et al. Maybe not from your perspective - but if you were a women, you might have a very different opinion. All of this sexual misconduct is coming to light now. I don't think there is any way that we can separate what Trump and Moore did from the others.

I wish these things had come up before the election - it might have tipped the scales.

Here's a question. And I pose it to eveyone.

Would you rather have the perfect candidate in terms of economic perspective, jobs creation, growth, foreign relations, infrastructure, immigration, Healthcare, etc. everything that moves the needle for you in terms of impact yet has a slightly flawed character...not a monster. Not a pedophile nor rapist. But flawed.

Or would you rather have the perfect candidate in terms of Ideal morality for you yet doesn't bring the ideal (for you) economics, Healthcare, infrastructure, agenda with him on his platform?

Either or... which do you guys prefer?

Bill Cosby and Harvey Weinstein aren’t currently relevant either. I don’t think that’s relevant. Forget the Republicans- are we believing accusers only when they accuse someone we don’t like? Let’s not be hypocrites.
I've been taught all my life to value service to the weak and powerless.

Exactly why I don't like Trump. Moves the needle not in terms of economic policy and is very flawed morally.

Yeah I think you're right that this is part of the Weinstein floor gates and exposing men which is a good thing. However the right wing media will keep bringing up Clinton while completely ignoring people like Trump and giving airtime to Clinton and Bush plays right into their hands. I mean 24 hour coverage and countless articles could be written about Trump as a sexual predator and him entering the dressing room while teenagers are changing.

It's an interesting thought experiment to think about if all this had happened prior to the election, but at the same time there were tapes of Trump admitting to sexual assault and he still got elected.

it's only harrassment or assault if the act is unwelcomed. If there was anyone credible out there right now for trump we'd hear about it. we'd have been hearing about it.

and the reason we haven't heard about from trump is because this guy is an effing machine. he has a complete and concise record of where he was and who was there going back 40 years. Thats why those women that popped up last october disappeared is because they had trump in places where he wasn't. and trump has witnesses to corroborate where he is or isn't.

trump aint no fool. If he did indeed grab em by the pussycat, it was welcomed. or else it would be all over CNN 24/7. Thats all CNN would talk about. and you know it. Bottom line. They got nothin on him. teflon phunkin Don.

Now if he did it? If he actually is a predator? and there is credible proof? I will be the first one on here to demand he resign or impeach him.
