he was bricking all first half it wasn’t until like the middle of the second half where he started catching fire from outside right before he went down with the ankle sprain on the drive. Very quietttt 20 points he finished with

Knicks did excellent drafting Kristaps Porzingis and Frank Ntilikina...

I already know that Jaren Jackson Jr is a defensive beast..

Bamba is the best defensive prospect in recent memory and Jaren Jackson the other elite defensive prospect in my eyes. Neither of them should be available in your draft range, though. At least they shouldn't be.

More realistically, I love Mikal Bridges for you guys. Fits perfectly and should become one of the premier 3&D players in the league with legit length to top it off (6'7'' with a 7ft wingspan). Troy Brown projects to be a plus defender as well although I have to see more of him in college to determine how good he looks in this regard. Knox could be another good defender with a versatile skill set.

If you want to take a big man, Wendell Carter looks really good early on and has already shown flashes of good defense back in HS. Solid length, strong base, aggressive rebounder – would be a good fit next to Porzingis. Robert Williams and Brandon McCoy could be reasonable picks in that range and for that purpose although I have to see more of them to be really sold – both still have many question marks. Not in love with Mitchell Robinson and Chimezu Metu for you guys (two other potential first round picks but they are probably late first round picks, if that, anyway).

Nerlens Noel and Anthony Davis just happened bruh.

Didn't think of Noel as highly defensively as I do of Bamba. Davis is a different story if we're strictly speaking about them as prospects I guess. But with what we know about Davis' defensive development in hindsight I do believe Bamba will be a better defender in the NBA down the road.
