When will Burke get called up?

Playing huge in Westchester. We can use another PG so papa Jack can rest.

Averaging 23-5-3 with 50% FG%

End the madness. Cut Sessions already. Frank doesn't need 2 mentors, and especially one that sulks.

Unless they cut Sessions...never. Or...when another team signs him.

Should be sooner rather than later. The Knicks could use his ability to break down defensives off the dribble. If his shooting stays steady he will be a significant asset for the team. The Perry/Mills brain trust needs to either trade Sessions for a late 2nd(if possible) or just cut him. Call up Burke and start him over Jack and just let him focus on mentoring Ntilikina. Really Trey and Frank can play together.

I can see this happening in late January, after we get decimated on a long road trip. Burke is good and actually controls the game and leads the team like a PG is supposed to do. His dribbling skills with either hand are incredible and fun to watch.

Jack is better, so if one of our pg's get hurt

Burke has done nothing in the NBA to be mentoring anyone even the rookie. I think we're gonna have to wait for either an injury to J.Jack or a trade until we see Burke get his chance with the Knicks. I don't take anything any player does in the G-League against players who will never be in the NBA as what that player will do in the NBA against real NBA talent. Big difference.

Can he defend?
Can he dish the ball after breaking down the defense off the dribble?

If he can't do one of the two above, he's not getting called up anytime soon. We don't need him to score.

Burke will get called up when Toure Murry, Tony Wroten, Chasson Randle, Alexey Shved and Ron Baker prove their worth in the league.

jack is playing amazingly well but Frank seems to be coming back down to earth a little

which is fine

those turnovers hurt but his confidence seems ok
Id really like to see him keep his dribble and penetrate a little more

Burke doesn't seem needed
I think Baker deserves a run first. id really like to see him and Frank together in the backcourt with Lee at SF

As long as Sessions is on the roster, forget it.
