Or start all 3 and let Jack Lee be the bench.

Ready for Dougsanity. If Jeff starts Lance at SF we deserve to lose.

Even if Timmy must be inactive, I definitely get the feeling Perry/Mills will hold starters out of the line-up especially this season.

Part stealth tanking & Part investment protection.

Maybe it is all unrelated, but we all know if they don't chew up the schedule in December they probably do not make the playoffs.

 A bit extreme but I like your moxy. Tank commander's need to take risks.

They could kick butt, especially Dotson. I think he is legitimately going to contend for a starting spot long-term.

Doug is still erratic, but all of the ingredients are there. Would be exciting if he can make hay out of this.

Tanking is stupid.

I just want to maximize the development of the kids and possibly who has a future here and who doesn’t. At least KP and THJ have been entrenched in the starting lineup. Kanter too if you believe he’s a part of the future.

Give me any outcome that comes from the development of the kids. We know what will likely happen & I think that’s what’s best for the franchise.

I hope this increases the search for trade partners for some our vets.

Probably not

I would start Doug and move Lee to his natural position. We need to see whether Doug can handle big minutes.

Lee has technically been playing the SF position at least some of the time. Doug is a natural size at that position. Lee is not and has often been guarding bigger players.

Well, it's a bit of a shame because Hardaway Jr really did demonstrate just how much better he's become. That said, suddenly dreams of a third piece coming the Knicks' way...

Doug needs to start if only because we have to make a decision on him this year. I'm not opposed to starting him with Frank and Tim next year if he stays committed on defense.

They're being weird about KP too. Is he hurt or not?

I suspect its more KP being wired (this time) than the organization. He doesn't want surgery, says some times it hurts and sometimes it doesn't. Does anyone think his summer was too much Basketball? I'm not saying this is the case, just curious at so what others think. It's something I always worry about

he obviously is. who doesn't travel because of "illness" ? like there's zero chance someone with the flu might feel better after a day or two.

well we should give KP plenty of time to rest too

we've seen what this team can do when healthy and at home

were on the right path

but while Hardaway and KP are banged up we should be playing more Willy and Dotson and considering the future

no point in playing vets major mins when were not competitive
