Bad news is after KP there's a huuuuge drop off to player number 2. Good news is that there's solid depth there. I'd rank it something like Kanter>THJr>Frank>KOQ>Lee but if someone wanted to switch around any of those 5 I wouldn't argue.

Could see Frank as #3 or #4 though..He should move up as the season goes on.

Kanter as 6th best ? He’s putting up 14/11 on 65%FG. For me, he’s been the second best player for the Knicks.

Right now, Kantar IMO is the 2nd best player on the squad. Timmy and Lee both play their roles and Jack holds down the fort. Kantar has been pretty steady and puts pressure on opposing big men. Also has been keeping teams from going small(er).

If you are not fond of the big man, then it has to be Captain Jack. Our record with him at pg has been pretty outstanding....

he def helps the team in ways, but is too much of a liability on defense to play in crunch time so had to knock him down a few spots.

After KP, it is pretty close and debatable though

Timmy on this team is like being in a relationship with a girl who you wish was "the one that got away"
...I wish we didn't settle so quickly on him :(

Can I get what you're smoking? Willy 6? Frank 10? Has Willy played more than 30 minutes the whole season? Frank is 3-5, he's a rookie that is already playing great D and has shown flashes.

Without KP the team is fighting to get out of the eastern conference basement.

For me, it's Kanter. The edge and attitude that he brings is not easily replaceable + he is strong and a force down-low. Needs moar improvements in D though.

CLee comes in at close third

2nd best: KP

Best: Sasha Vujacic

"oh, DavinciCHODE, Sasha isn't even on the squad anymore"

Oh contrare, mon ami. Sasha is forever with us in spirit, and his impact is felt on the court night in and night out.

But in seriousness it's Enes Kanter.

Question is who is the best , Not who you like more. Jack is a better PG then Frank. Frank is not our 3rd best player. Straight from your mouth “ he’s 19 and a rookie who has shown flashes” flashes isn’t enough to make you top 3 player on the team. Players with a lot more experience on the team. Being top 3-5 means you need to be consistent. Frank has been far from consistent.

Hardaway
Kanter
Lee
McDermott
Oquinn
Beasley
Jack
Frank

Question asks who the 2nd best player is. That means for this season. Do u think Frank has really been better then Kanter and McDermott? Also Jack is a better PG then Frank if we are talking in the present tense. I have jack and Frank even basically. Frank killed us with his inefficiency and turnovers on offense. Jack kills us with his defense. But I think Jacks understanding of the Pg position and being s better point guard gives him the nod.

I want Frank to play more don’t get me wrong , but if we talking solely on this season...Jack has been better.

I'll go with Hardaway for this one. Lee and Kanter next.

Yeah, I was hoping Frank would start trending up, but he has been slumping a bit and still a ways to go. I would revise it...It's probably tiered where some rankings can be swapped around

1. KP

2. Timmy
3. Lee
4. Kanter

5. McDermott
6. KOQ
7. Frank
8. Jack

9. Lance Thomas
10. Willy
