Maybe the players actually are doing what he says. Unlike wave off jimmy.

Its actually kinda impressive

Dunn sucks at shooting unless the game counts and it is late, then he is GOAT. Good game from him even though 6-18. That is Dunn.

don't see Dunn ever going to be a big time scorer, but he's a baller. He can make an impact without having to score a lot. I think people should avoid thinking about 'Point Guard of the Future' and try to force Dunn into that picture. Dunn can play, he's one more playmaker we want to keep. He reminds me of Iguodala a little.

I see no reason why we should not consider Dunn as our PG of the future. He doesn't score real well (yet), but he does just about everything else you want. He's making more and more really nice passes. His defense is terrific, and gets easy baskets. He rebounds great for a guard. He's clever with the ball. I can't see us getting a better pg than him unless we spend a high pick, and with so many other needs, I can't imagine doing that.

The guys had 13/8/8 tonight, with 4 steals. And his only 2 TOV"s were on a charge call and a backcourt violation that wasn't his fault.

Are you saying we will make the playoffs?

Of course not, but I am slightly worried we'll win more than I thought and thus not get a lottery pick.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that in order to miss out on a lottery pick, we'd have to make the playoffs.

If you meant that not getting a top 5 pick for example would be disastrous, that would make more sense. A no.14 pick is still a lottery pick. Just saying.

The Bulls were 3-20 with Robin Lopez before Mirotic came back. Lopez has not been an individual difference in winning games.

I'm sure everyone would like to see Lopez traded for a future first round pick, but if the value isn't there, then the Bulls are going to keep him.

Chambers never played a lick of defense. Niko is a plus defender.

LaVine is going to be rusty and likely on a minutes restricton. It doesn't seem likely that he'll affect winning right away.

Like Niko, right?

The best case scenario for this team is drafting at least top 3 this year, maybe get lucky next year with increased lottery odds for teams with better records, and then signing a star in free agency. You can't finish with a 6th or 7th pick this season.

Came to say this. Legit the worst front office in the league. When they want to win, they put a tragic team together. When they want to lose, they put a stacked team together. Its crazy

Best record in a league featuring the heatles.....

Tragic

A team full of players a good percentage of fans considered trash and busts a week ago......

When we lost to Pacers in a close game it was because Fred was bad and couldn't win down the stretch. Well, we have now played 3 close games out of 4, and we have won them all. Explanation?

Winning 4 straight isn't common at all among a worst in the league type team.

To be honest it wasn’t against the better teams(Boston didn’t have Irving,Hayward),but still your right this is impressive. They have been playing so much better with niko and pretty much whole team healthy excluding lavine.

Boston is one of the best teams in the NBA and Hayward has not been a part of that.

We're not going to be a bottom 5 team, that's all I said.

And I'm saying it's way too early to make that type of prediction. All it takes is trading one or two pieces and it's quick downward spiral.

The bottom 5 teams last season had 20, 24, 26, 28 and 29 wins. And right now we are at 7 wins. Take out Niko, Robin, Bobby or anything combination of players, you take way any depth and the losses start piling up again.

My stance is, you can panic and trade players of value to secure a bottom 3 record, with no assurance you'll get a top 2 pick depending on the odds, or you can be smart, build some of the value of the players you intend to trade, perhaps get an additional first round pick in this upcoming draft or future picks, while also giving yourself enough time to steer the team back to tank and get a top pick. Because say we do only get the no.3 pick with a bottom 3 record, if we have that additional pick we can move, the possibilities are there to make something happen come draft time.

Putting your eggs all in one basket is a silly thing to do. Even when Hinkie was tanking, he was smart and tried to get as many assets from deals as he could, we need to do the same, simply losing games isn't a smart move.

We're at 7 wins with Niko only playing 4 games, Bobby missing the first 8 games, and LaVine hasn't played a single game yet. Dunn and Lauri are improving every game, it's clear this isn't the same team or even roster it was a month ago. No need to debate though, we'll see come April.

It shows where the Bulls have been hovering all season and assumes average. It's definitely notable. Sure, a 10 game win streak flips it on it's ass, but that's not predictable.

Niko and Portis were both out to start the year, Dunn clearly is progressing, and LaVine is back soon.

Sure you can, unless you think the Bulls are going to keep facing struggling teams or teams without their star players at home.

I'm glad that the Bulls have strung together some wins, because it's a positive for development and you're not going to lose every single game. The young players look more confident, which is a huge plus. But, I don't see this continuing. Next 6:

@Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Orlando, @Cleveland, @Boston, @Milwaukee

If they go 4-2 or better during that stretch, maybe I'll think differently about it.

Both things can, and likely are true. That the Bulls caught a fortunate stretch, but are also now a better team than the first month or so.

And going forward as I mentioned the other day, teams will likely rest more players vs us down the stretch, or maybe even along the way.

Do you not understand how HORRIBLE that is for the league and the sport? If you have 10 teams tanking it means that 1/3rd of the leagues games become unwatchable fodder.
