I'm beyond frustrated by this. The American people were clear on where they stood and Ajit Pai and his lemmings mocked their reactions right through the board comments and vote. They've ignored what the people want and sided with the monopolies that already had too much power imo. Oligarchy not even hiding anymore.

Scumbags

Another clearcut demonstration of this administration's 100% corporatist ideology. Citizens don't count for anything, just big bucks

Yet another victory for stupidity and the stupid people that support these aholes

Still will be court challenges though so the fight is not over

A little late to this. Can this be appealed to SCOTUS? Have they ruled on it previously?

The thought of major corporations being able to funnel users towards profitable "information" is worrisome.

Ain’t that a bytch. I actually read it wrong at first and celebrated. Then saw “repeal” underneath the rest of the headline :nonono:

The hacking of the comment period was yet another example of the depraved corruption that circles around this administration.

Ajit Pai is one of the grossest of the bunch. They don't even pretend to have a shred of decency.

Trump is basically just putting right wing populist shine on the SOS the Republican party has always stood for, and quite honestly, the Democratic party too, at least since the early 90's and probably sooner. Don't get it all twisted armchair conservatives on here. I'm saying the Dems are as corrupt the last 27 years AT LEAST.

It's just sad.

Not only the hacking itself, but the fact that they refused to comply with the NY Attorney General's investigation into the hacks. They're being sued using the Freedom of Information Act for withholding info from the public as well. It's ugly what they just did.

Republicans have tried to kill net neutrality since 2015, so it's not necessarily a Trumpy idea.

But **** Ajit Pai, a **** telecom shill. He's probably going to be the most hated man in America. I'd advise him to hire 24/7 security

Corruption exists across the spectrum, but NAH, the GOP has turned into effing Jonestown and the koolaid allows these Jim Jones MF'ers to squeeze the lifeblood out of anything for profit.

The Democrats have never been this craven.

The difference between parties grows starker as moderate Republicans peel away and are left floating looking for somewhere to land.

The future is a rabid far right base that rubber stamps anything the GOP wants even though the majority of those people are being screwed by whom they support and are too stupid to know it.

This presidency is a bank for trump. He's setting it up so he makes bank once he becomes a private citizen he could give a **** about non investors. This is why you don't elect a businessman to be president.
