Would Detroit make this offer for Michael Kidd-Gilchrist?

What level of player would it take to add their 2018 1st to the package that is a realistic target?

Nope, MKG can't shoot, and Detroit's offense doen't work without shooting.

Evan Fournier for Jon Leuer, Stanley Johnson and 2018 Top 10 Protected Pistons 1st? Detroit just stays under the luxury tax.

Fournier and Tobias at the Forward spots would be a disaster, Detroit need someone who plays defense and hit 3's to play next to Tobias.

Aminu/Sefolosha/Carroll/Crowder/Dudley/W.Chandler/ C.J. Miles/Jerami Grant would be good fit for Detroit. Don't think any of them is worth Detroit's 1st tho.

Perhaps - Chandler is starting to show his previous level of performance and he is our best pure SF, so I'm not in favor of it. However, I'm betting some of the Nuggets fans will like it.
