Derrick Williams has signed a contract with the Tianjin Gold Lions of the Chinese Basketball Association.


Williams played for five teams in his eight NBA seasons, averaging 8.9 points and four rebounds per game over his career. 


Williams played for the Cavaliers and Heat last season.

Doesn't make sense. Thought he played well as a hustle/high energy guy and thought we locked him up to a 2 year extension till I realized he wasn't at the end of the bench sometime in early November.

Probably would have developed better if he wasn't playing in Minnesota or Sacramento

Sure, I know it does. And I, just like many were confused when teams like the Clippers didnt sign McGee when he was available and NO ONE wanted him :banghead:

But i have also seen D Williams play, and he can give any bench 10ppg minimum.
