Jack wont be here next season.

it's basically sharing your bonuses with a temp.

That's fine but he's still producing better than our rookie and he's playing decent enough at age 60. If anythign you would think the rest of these guys or such "talent" would make use of this guys effort.

Jack gets to do whatever he wants tho without fear or repercussions. The kid can't make a mistake before he's yanked.

Kristaps needs to stop trying to be like other players and plant his ass in the paint.

Frank had a sh*tty game.

He's the LFT of point guards and his nickname is FFN until he starts doing something on offense.

Frank's not even a teenager gotta give him some time he's only 19 who played in Europe his whole career if he doesn't show improvement next 2 or 3 years then ya i guess.

He's a nice 3rd option. Still the best player at that spot in the draft.

Knicks missed out on the prized that year and the Frank year. SOS.

he might be a good 2nd option or even a 1b to someone else's 1a. but he might not be built to just carry an offense for a whole year. lots of very good players on their own can't.

Doesn't sound like a 1 or even a 2. He's like a 3rd option player on a good team, outside of his hot start.

Agreed, the only one still praising Jack at the moment is Jeff. He hasn't been bad, but he aint starter quality at all, and his minutes allotment at this point is truly pointless.

All he has to do is contribute to the offense and I bet he doesn't get pulled as quickly. His defense is not good enough to keep him on the floor.
Those last 70 seconds, Randle in a nut shell.

Awful 2 for 1 3PT attempt when we are up 2
Doesn’t close out on Sabonis --> open 3
Takes another side step off balance 3

We got sucked into the Randle vortex where all good feelings go to die.

We’ll see how it plays out but that’s where I think it’s heading.

Huh....are you serious Take out the first couple weeks and he has been All star caliber

lol right. THJ gets to the line 3.6 times a game which is a good amount. Obv not in top 50 w games missed.

A 3 and D guy is not what you need next to Frank. You need a scorer. That's what THJ is. And THJ plays slightly above avg defense. I'd even argue it's better than Lee's.

I turned off qualified and searched all players and he’s not top 50.

I def don’t see the slightly above average defense.

THJ is not consistent. Maybe he becomes that and I’m wrong. Right now I see him as a super sub. Seemed all right in that role tonight.

KP has practiced enough trying to post up for this year

For the rest of the year:
Spot up jumpers
Catch and shoot plays
Flash to catch and shoot
No dribbling. Ever.

Next year he can practice posting up some more.

He's gassed because his workouts in the offseason are geared towards him being on the perimeter the entire game.

When is he going to realize chasing around power forwards on the perimeter the entire game isn't helping him?

KT didn't fall off like a weak b*tch each year though

They were still a garbage team then and for the forseeable future until Thibs brought his Bulls students.

True. Because their front office was wise enough to suck, they acquired some young talent, then pulled the trigger on deals, and managed the cap to bring in some guys at the end.

Knicks are trying to get to 36 wins to dilute whatever talent they have a shot at. Yay. :D

Again, he missed games. That obviously is a reason. He'd hover around top 50.

Outside of the first 5-6 games, THJ has been consistent. KP isn't consistent either so maybe he should be a 6th man as well?

THJ has shown enough to warrant a starting gig. Secondly, you can't pay 2 2 Guards money in free agency.

What rebuild? Jack looks great!!!
Culture? That's a joke.

We traded one player and people fell for the sales pitch. Meanwhile, we signing vets and handing out large contracts.

Jared Jack is your starting PG and it's January 12th.

I wonder what next years pitch will be. Probably a new coach...for the culture.

i'm just saying he wouldn't look like this with more talent though. he would look better. until they get some other legit players i won't completely dismiss him. he may never be the type that with no other all-stars would get you to playoffs every year. but there are hall of famers who couldn't do that either.
