I prefer Fizdale

Same here. He comes from the Riley school of defense.

He also said the Grizzlies could either fire him or trade Gasol because he didn’t like him. Big ego.

Oh wow, I didn't know that. I'm not sure how he is viewed around the league. I feel Memphis was a bad landing spot for a 1st time coach as vets are use to having things a certain way while he is trying to implement change. He would have been better off starting with a young moldable team. However if he publicly said that I would have concerns as well.

Also, LeBron vouching for Fizdale gives me pause because he only likes coaches who acquiesce to his demands.

I had a 3 line discussion with someone who knew more about the Warriors situation. Apparently, Jackson was not great and that vaunted defense he got credit for was actually run by "lifetime assistant" ... I think Ron Adams? But if you really want to know about him, please post an inquiry on the Warriors board. But yea, Mark Jackson just seems like the ultimate Knick thing to do.

Meanwhile... JVG won't talk about coaching jobs unless the seat is unfilled.

So do you think the guys are going to respect Horny much for the rest of the season?

Jeff will have a nice career as a college coach.. gonna miss him.

The FO isnt right in the head it seems. Rather unusual that forumers and fans seem to know more about MJax than they do.

You can meet with other coaches when you already currently have?
