Vegeta: "You're nothing to me."

Also Vegeta: Proceeds to use his strongest attack.

I think Vegeta is great, he really does love Bulma and his kids, and he cares about Cabbe. He's come a long way, he was awful when he first appeared. Vegeta is a true good guy now. I hope he wins out and gets the super dragon balls.

Compare that to the trash that Goku is, and it really puts things into perspective.

Piccolo was trash too, and now he is still a better father to Gohan than Goku is, and is a better grandfather to Pan. Goku is just terrible as a main character. he should have remained dead, and Gohan should have been the main hero.

What phones do you guys have?
There are 2 I specifically have my eyes on, but I'd rather hear everyone's thoughts without prior name drops.

Also, what carriers do you guys have? I'm currently on T-Mobile but thinking about switching to Verizon. T-Mobile has been good to me, but it's not so much cheaper for a single line and even though I feel like T-Mobile is flatout faster than Verizon for data speeds in a lot of the major cities, going to places like Vermont, Mass, Virginia, some parts of PA and even parts of NJ, sometimes you're in a 10 mile blackhole of nothing where you F'ed even using navigation if you didn't start it and leave it on while in service, let alone call and regular data.
T-Mobile.

Note 3...still going strong.

I'm either switching to Verizon or staying with T-mobile. There's a lot of phones I like, but idk if there's any I out and out love.

I love the idea of the Pixel 2, but no headphone jack bums me out. Also the battery is really small for a phone of this caliber, though it has that quick charge thing going for it where it charges to like 40% in 15 minutes. Lastly, it has some seriously thick bezels for a new flagship phone. I do love the vanilla Android with instant updates, the camera is supposed to be pretty much the best of any current phone, the free cloud storage and good speaker. The Pixel 2 XL is really nice too, but then we're getting seriously expensive and it just seems too big tbh.

I do like the LG V30 a lot, but again, it's a big phone.

Galaxy S8 is nice, but I hate a lot of the stupid bloatware Samsung puts on their phones, don't like the idea of Bixby at all.

Aside from that, there's nothing out there too exciting, or necessarily on the horizon. There's some phones on Amazon and what not, off-brand stuff that I like the idea of, but either they're flawed or once you're paying the hidden import taxes built into the price they go from amazing deals to just another lesser phone for only a $100 bucks less then a major brand one through carrier.

No, he wasn't, . He literally never killed a single person in the Dragon Ball manga and then didn't do anything for five years between the end of DB and the start of DBZ. The idea that he was like King Piccolo because he's a reincarnation never manifested itself in the story. He became good because, quite honestly, he was never really all the bad to begin with.

Piccolo was pretty evil when he first appeared. He wasn't as murderous as Demon King Piccolo was but he wasn't a good guy. He wanted to kill Goku and take over the world. He also took joy in killing Goku and if I remember correctly only wanted to defend the earth from the Saiyans because he still had plans of ruling it. Gohan softened him up big time.

My hope is that there's an IASIP episode about the Super Bowl.

Also, Jiren at the end talking to Toppo brought the excitement up. What's funny is that after Vegeta used his Final Explosion, he's completely exhausted, but will go Blue next episode even with four minutes left on the clock so it will have taken him seconds to get his strength back.

He was all talk. He was different before Gohan, as proved in the manga.

He spent five years literally doing nothing to pursue world domination. Piccolo was all talk. He was aimless and violent and seemingly wanted to beat Goku (in an actual fight), but not evil. After he fused with Nail, it was over, he was flatout good.

The whole episode is Mac and Charlie trying to go to Paddy's to protect it during the riot. They all get caught up in the riot, taking the entire episode to get there (Charlie jumps off the Ritz awning, Frank climbs up a traffic pole and brings it down, they all loot) all the while as they are complaining about Paddy's being hurt and them being worried about the pub (showing how hypocritical they are). The final scene and the punchline? Paddy's is totally fine but everything around it is burned down: the looters/rioters thought Paddy's had already been hit because it's in such bad shape.

Why is 17 in over Gohan??? lol....

But fun duel between Vegeta and Toppo... Yes, if Vegeta truly went "all out" and exhausted his power to defeat Toppo how the F is he going blue the next episode? lol..... I mean come on.... but it'll take one punch or dramatic push to defeat Jiren?

I hope Jiren wins.... just saying lol

Agree with your points to support your good view on the movie. I thought the imagery and cinematagrophy of both space and land were excellent.

Idk how you felt, but the lightspeed through the Supremacy(Snoke's ship) was a thing of beauty. I just wish it was Leia on it and doing it, that would've made it more impactful. Hindsight, I would almost prefer it that Snoke was alive on the ship and her lightspeed went through his vinicity of the ship thus decapitating his ass epically. Luke defeats the Emperor(assist) and Leia snuffs Snoke(for Han and Ben).

Spoiler:
I like the shot, it looked great, but the actual idea of it? It breaks every Star Wars thing before it. Why did the Rebels not put a hyperdrive on an asteroid and destroy the Death Star? Why not just build ships for the purpose of suicide bombing? If ships don't come out of hyperspace when near gravity wells (as stated in A New Hope), why has this not happened before? So like I said, I liked the shot, but the actual idea behind it? It breaks Star Wars.

Decided to respond to each part individually when I have the time. Responded to the Good above.

Spoiler:
Well yes, I understand that that angle about why hasn't anyone done it before?

Well, I could play to the times/era of when the films were made. Sacrifices, dramatic suicide runs weren't the thing or idea back in the 70s or 80s. It wasn't a widespread tactic/plot/point in a story for many films that could be applicable to.

In today's times, those moments are often thought out or the creativity involves moments like those where back then it wasn't a popular story chip.

it was a jump in Star Wars but not a bad jump per say, but something I wouldn't want to see over n over...

I thought that too. how the hell are Goku and Vegeta finding the energy to keep going from worn out to SSBlue and beyond?

yep. they're all straight up trash. I don't care if someone is a Republican/Conservative, but there's being that and being in support of a a lying racist bigot. Being republican/conservative is not mutually exclusive with any of that. For example, Chris Long of the Eagles is a Libertarian and he despises Trump.

he wanted to kill Goku, and took pleasure in doing so when he did. he was also pretty cruel to Gohan initially. he wasn't on the level of Demon King Piccolo but he still was pretty bad.

Spoiler:
Because it was stated to be impossible during Star Wars (A New Hope). Ships come out of hyperspace when confronted with a gravity well, or a ship of Inderdictor-class size. It pretty much is a story-destroying tactic. Now, it LOOKED cool, don't think I'm hating on that. But it opens up too many can of worms for it have been a good story choice.

I'll be responding to the rest of what you said later tonight.
