I'm rooting for them to go ahead and trade Evans and LouWill. Once them dudes get moved, it should unclog the rest of the market.

I’ve seen a lot of Prince trade talk floating around. I’ve said this before but I wouldn’t trade him...well..unless it’s an awesome return...Taurean Prince is a man. You always want a guy like that on ur team...you have to have one to be feared. We lose him and we don’t have one.

All it means is he's not interested in taking back bad salary with only 2nd round picks for our expirings. Rather let them expire and have the capspace in the offseason.

Why's this so friggin hard for people to grasp?

On another note, anyone notice how craptastic the Ferg guy has been now that he's thrust into a prime role? #TradeValueFalllllllingggg

The OKC love affair wirh Ferguson reminds me of their love affair with Cameron Payne. They were against trading him too.

And like TOR's love affair with what's his name. Man, I can't recall the dude's name who Raptor fans have been expecting to be Kyrie Westbrook. Just paid him too. What's his name?

I thought somebody posted it on here...I dunno it might have been on a twitter feed. All I’m saying is I love Prince...he’s the huge who took over the lunch pail mentality after Sap left. Some contenders would be fools not to offer us a lot to grab him. He could be the difference between a first round exit and the conference finals in my mind. Possibly some hawk fan bias here but the one guy I’m hoping we keep for the long haul is Prince...oh and Collins too.

More from Schlenk:
Hawks general manager Travis Schlenk said he’s open to trades that net the team draft picks or young NBA prospects. However, he said he doesn’t feel pressure to make a deal before Thursday’s deadline because the Hawks already have accumulated multiple draft picks and have few burdensome contracts on the books.

Teams also reportedly have inquired about Hawks veteran wing Kent Bazemore, a defensive specialist who is having a career-best season shooting 3-pointers. But Schlenk said Bazemore is a valuable player for the Hawks during their rebuild because of his leadership.

“The tricky part of going through this is you still want to have a culture of winning,” Schlenk said. “I give the coaches and players a lot of credit. We show up every night. We are not winning a lot of games but you can’t just show up and get a win (against the Hawks). Our guys compete every night.”

If he thinks that's all it would take to dump not only garbage players but garbage contracts, smh.

Read on Twitter

“There are a couple of days left and I want to see other options,” Ilyasova said after the Hawks defeated the Grizzlies Tuesday night. “But I am really kind of OK being here. We’ve got something good going on. We are trying to improve as a team. I want to see all (trade) options but I would really like to be here.”

He really likes Atlanta that much? Just take the trade and buy a summer home in Buckhead like every pro sports athlete in America.

Aye, I cant complain about a guy wanting to stay especially when I've complained in the past about guys not wanting to come here.

Sounds like he knows where they want to send him and he no like it. Obviously CLE, JMHO.

Did not see the Ersan twist coming tbh. I figured he couldn't wait to leave the worst team in the NBA for a playoff contender.

Dedmon is the piece who should bring over the best asset, and whose trade will aid the tank. If we don't move him then I'd like to re-sign him this offseason. If we do neither then that's a major L.
