Unicorn big men who can shoot 3s and block shots are becoming more common, and Bagley could thrive next to someone like Kristaps Porzingis. However, so could a 6-foot-8 point forward like Luka Doncic, a 6-foot-10 wing like Michael Porter Jr., or a dominant shot-blocker like Bamba. Most of the other options at the top of this year’s draft offer more lineup versatility than Bagley. The choice depends on the type of team you want to build.

if were lucky enough to have a chance at him we should take him

I see the value of Doncic over him but I think he pairs nicely with KP in the way that Kanter has

Yea I agree with that last part. Bagley would be a nice fit next to Kp for all the same reasons Kanter has been, only much much better.

He’s more athletic than Kanter, and can guard the perimeter unlike him (which Kp needs since he can’t do the job). Plus he’s got the ability to hit an open 3, and take his man off the dribble at times. With his work ethic, I’d bet his outside game could be just as good as his inside game down the line.

I just hope we find ourselves in a position to take him

Havent watched Porter Jr once but so so tough whether to go for his dead body to develop on the background while making a play at 2019 #1 or risk Bridges Bros explode on the NBA scene like some Donovan Mitchell

I’m sorry but it makes me want him even less. He doesn’t look so unique to me. He may very well turn out to be great, but I’d rather have Porter or Bamba. I think their skills translate better.

He reminds me of the overhyped Toni Kukoc. He was being billed as the best Euro player ever and like a Croatian Magic Johnson. He was good but never HOF good. He reminds me of him.

Don’t kill me it’s just my opinion.

You definitely have a minority opinion there. I respect it but don't agree. He's very skilled and players that young with that level of skill are unique. I think most of his game should translate well because he's not relying on physical advantages.

Yeah, I know. I'm watching it. I'm sold on him. And his 3pt shot is no fluke. He efficient wit it on high volume. People sleeping on his handle and athleticism too. Once he get in the NBA where the game more open and he got more freedom watch his game open up.

last year was supposed to be the PG draft, this year is looking to be the big man draft

I expect that means we will end up with a PG
