I thought i'd be over it by now, but tbh the trade still doesn't make any sense.
People keep saying, "It made sense for us to trade Ricky since we brought in Butler". Butler does not create THAT many plays or handle the ball that much to trade a PG like Rubio, maybe late in the fourth quarter Jimmy handles the ball a ton, but Ricky created so many easy baskets for others throughout the whole game or at least made the right pass.
Not even that, Rubio is a class above Teague in defense.
And he's younger.
On a cheaper contract.
