KD is really feeling it. If we could just get Steph and Klay to heat up

We just cannot defend the Blazer guards. If we don't start playing some defense, we won't catch up.

I hear Walton for the first time, quite an experience, listening to some old super energetic crazy guy talking bunch of nonsense, bet it gets old lightning quick.

comes down to trying slow down Lillard and McCollum. Do that we win, dont and we lose. Also would be nice if Curry or Klay showed up in the 4th to help KD.

We just cannot shoot tonight; at least anyone other than KD. DWest is looking much older tonight, particularly getting beaten on the glass.

Nurkic is just out-meating everyone, even Zaza got out-meated.

well lately its always something, like we didnt shoot well or to many turnovers. Defense was bad, bench sucked or Kerr's rotations are wack. At some point this team need to start playing like the defending champs

Warriors.. or rather Steph in particular has played with his head up his own ass the last 3 weeks. Pretty sure he's been averaging 4 TOs per game these last few weeks. :banghead: If this doesn't wake them up to go on a tear post all star break, then nothing will.

I am pissed off at the level of hubris this team has been displaying this year. A negative on the first 2 quarters, an incredible + 3rd quarter to make up for it. The story of the entire season.

1-4 in the last 5 road games after winning something like 13 or 14 in a row. Really hope this guys take the 2nd half the season serious. Rockets are really clicking and are a serious threat.

I think the whole team has had its head up its ass since Christmas. The starters have played too flashy and loose, the bench has been playing hide and go seek all season, the defense has slipped off in the last 2 months, especially with the crazy rotations Kerr has been using.

Hopefully, a fresh break from everyone helps.

Steph needs to wake up and take control of this team after the all star break. This passive, non-chalant attitude isn’t good for the team. When he plays bad, there’s a trickle down effect to the rest of the team. Even when KD goes off, the Warriors still lose a very winnable game against a slightly above average team when Steph isn’t running the show and aggressive. He’s the head of the snake.

Is there a rational explanation why in recent games where KD is super efficient (tonight, Den, OKC), the Warriors lose?

Is it because some teams decide to focus on Steph leaving KD to get his? I know this was true of the OKC game when they were constantly double teaming Steph everytime he crossed the half court line, but not sure about the other two recent games.

I think it is just that Steph hasn't played very well in our recent slide. He has been doubled and tripled teamed for years, so that shouldn't bother him too much. He just doesnt look very agressive. Look at Lillard tonight, he just put his head down and took it to the Warriors. That how Steph looks when he is looking to bury teams, I haven't seen that Steph in a while.
