good for KP

he seems in good spirits

I know when I had a very serious injury I was depressed as hell for months

hes gonna come back smarter and stronger from this
hes gonna see that he has to play slower and more controlled and that means better around the basket not just crossing over people from the three and crashing the hoop. which he can still do just work that back to the basket a little too KP

I tore my rotator cuff once.
Tore a tendon in my hand another time.
But the most depressing / scariest schit was facing ACDF surgery... (same surgery Peyton Manning & David Wright had)

So, he won’t be able to work on his body at all while he’s injured, right? That’s a bigger setback to me than anything else.

straight leg raises, calf raise, flies, bench, is all fine ... he's probably not bending the knee much right now. The big killer with ACL (or patella tendon which I blew) is quad atrophy.
