One of my all time favorite players to watch. Dude is just unreal. Can’t wait to see what him and Harden do in the playoffs
I dont think those highlights are that special.
Spurs dont have any good defensive big men.
Gasol is too old and slow. Capela's dunk isnt a great p&r play but he's much more athletic than Gasol.
Spurs big men cant alter any shot around the rim. Gasol has the length but he's to slow and playing with low energy. LMA, Lauvergne are just bad defender and they were never capable to defend the rim.
I'm surprised at Spurs roster choices.
I thought Pop adapted modern starting fives earlier than most. He used B.Diaw at 4 which created so much spacing and playmaking for them. Now seeing them playing with 2 slow big men doesnt make sense.
And Pop always had some rim protectors. Either Duncan or Splitter.
Even if Kawhi plays all time great defense his effect wont be half of R.Gobert like rim protectors.
In todays game its impossible to defend perimeter without a good rim protector inside.
I respect Cp3 but I dont think he's at his top form. And I always doubt his game in playoffs.
It will be more about Harden. He's playing like all time great iso player right now. If he keeps up gordon, capela, ariza, cp3, anderson would help him. But it'll take Harden to play great to get out of West.
