Ah maaan, first Prodigy now Craig Mack?!? That's a shame, man. Open season on all the 'Yo Kid' rappers of my youth.

For the uninitiated, in the '90's, us GA boys referred to them up north boys who moved down south as 'yo kids' since every other word outta their mouth was always 'yo'.

I'm sure a certain Nor'easterner who shall not be named will pull a response out of his carpetbag at some point.

Until then, let's all pour out a little liquor for the 1st rapper to use Uniblab in a rhyme. Also, Flava in ya Ear-remix was that fiyuh.

Whaddyou mean other Mace. I always assumed they were the same person. Didn't Mace snitch during that trial where lil' Kim refused to (and got jail time)? Doesn't that sound like something our Mace would do? :)

Did Ozone and El Debarge have a dance off I was unaware of?

This looks like the break-dance version of the Karate Kid showdown.

Not sure how I feel about 'sothron' being used as an apparent insult? Actually, I'll only accept it if you use 'kg's' as an insult other places. Deal?

‘Picked Apart by Vultures’: The Last Days of Stan Lee

You might expect Stan Lee, at age 95, to be enjoying the fruits of his many labors: Marvel Comics.

Instead, seven months after the death of Joan, his wife of almost 70 years, beset with pneumonia, the apparent victim of gross financial malfeasance and surrounded by a panoply of Hollywood charlatans and mountebanks, he may be facing his greatest challenge, every bit the equal of any of the psychologically flawed superheroes he helped shepherd into being. According to one insider with working knowledge of Lee’s current situation, “It’s a real ----ing mess over there. I think his money will be gone in a few weeks… Stan and [his daughter] JC are literally being picked apart by vultures.”

In just over two months, there have been published reports of an unauthorized check for $300,000 written from Lee’s business account without his knowledge to...a former business associate of his daughter’s. The word “loan” is inscribed on the face of the check.
Daily Beast

Stan Lee screwed a lot of artists/writers over in the 60s and 70s. And yet, this doesn't feel like karmic retribution.

It's...mainly just sad.

Didn't Stan Lee get screwed out of money for the Marvel movies?

So much drama over the years.

Long story short: Marvel went into bankruptcy 20+ years ago.

In desperation, they sold movie rights of top characters for funds. (X-Men to Fox, Spiderman to Sony.)

Years later, they pulled a Lucas and sold all of Marvel to Disney. The multi-billion dollar deal netted Stan Lee a whopping $10+ million dollars.

Thirteen years later, he almost out of dough.

1) that’s racist.

2) you may be confused with Jim Lee, artist with Marvel before him and Rob Liefeld led an artist revolt where they left the majors and started their own independent comic book company.
