That was a great game. I don't care what people say : Westbrook is a winner. This guy is playing 100% in every game, maybe he is trying too much for the triple double, but once again he was clutch.

If Lue is LeBron's guy, and LeBron is out at the end of the season, it seems mutually beneficial to get a head start on finding a new coach anyway.

What's one week going to do? I doubt that does anything significant. Being the head coach of the Cleveland Cavaliers, with a turd of a boss in Dan Gilbert, isn't really a job worth risking your health for. Just call it a season and hang out with your family and loved ones. He's a millionaire and he's got a ring. Not sure why he'd be in such a rush to get back.

I'm so pissed that the Cavs get the benefit of Danny's good work picking zizic.

Kid looks good. Moves better than I thought he would. Great rebounder, is bullying the Bucks on the boards right now.

He'll never be a star, but in the right situation with a good coach he will be a problem.

Mm. Would have been a good data point for the old "Danny can't draft" debate.

Re: Around the NBA 2018 (Non-Celtics Talk)
Just some random NBA thoughts, I didn't get to watch tonight but am just looking at scores/stats.
-How is Lebron going to keep going for a postseason run if he plays 40 minutes a game now without any rest games? At 33 years old and without any rest he is going to carry his team to the NBA finals and hope Love always has a big shooting night?
-Pacers had to come back vs. the Lakers before halftime and then they held on to win. I still don't trust Indy though, that schedule is brutal.
-Warriors with all their guys out is like.....watching the Celtics right now. lmao. Funny we are both #2.
-I was looking for the Wizards score but then seen they played the Celtics, Pacers on Saturday and then don't play again until Wednesday. If I were them, I would take advantage of that nice rest since they have a ton of winnable games coming up.
- Slated to play Bucks or Heat now in first round, right now Heat. Heat gave us some issues but we have not played them in a really long time.
My head says I prefer the Heat but it's a very slim margin. Giannis worries me due to super star calls and he's just a flat out beast, really don't want that crap in the first round if we can help it. I think the Bucks are pretty overrated and the Heat can be pretty sneaky.
I think we should beat either team or hell even Indy could fall down if the schedule gets to them the rest of the year. But if we get Bucks or Heat I am not expecting it to be easy at all.
Miami vs. Boston is kinda fun though for the playoffs I won't lie. And my mom goes nuts when we play D Wade since she loves him lol. We got Wade in round 1 last year, so maybe it's a pattern.
-Nets with the big 3 point win tonight over King tanking Memphis!!!!
-The East is just....so close in standings.......wow. Too bad we don't play Kings/Suns for a few more games lol.
Finally, come on Raptors. No messing around out of fear of Lebron. I want to see you guys try to beat them this week and show them who is boss of the east. Send a message. I am sick of Lebron going to the finals too, so if we can't make it I honestly would prefer Toronto over Cleveland for something NEW. Seeing the Cavs get swept in the finals or losing in 5 isn't exactly fun entertainment.

If only the playoffs could start now whilst the Warriors are down; if they're going to dominate the next decade, it'd be nice to get e reprieve for 1 year at least. Maybe they could even get the Spurs in the 1st round, Kahwaii comes back and has a revenge tour against them. In the final game he dunks over Pachulia and breaks not Zaza's ankle, but his spirit

Wiretap says JVG and McHale being considered for Bucks job. I just don't understand the old boy mentality in professional sports. Surely the success of people like Stevens and Snyder shows you should be looking for younger, capable coaches with the sort of innovative/adaptable approach to the modern game of NBA basketball, not re-treads who have had multiple attempts with limited success?
