Yea combine this with his low shooting percentages and to me RW has been a stat padder for most of his career. Still amazing athlete and competitor, capable of beating teams on his own at times, but very flawed.

He is not a great 3pts shooter but his career stats are still good : 44%/31%/81%.

Yea but still..would be franchise suicide to let your super duper star player go for pennies on the dollar. They might go hard to trade him before they pay him but they won't take pennies..it's going to have to be a major incoming value to let him go. A trade with Boston for example probably only happens if Tatum and Brown are going out along with the Sacto pick..

Lol. Lol. Lol. That’s three lols. Brown, Tatum and the Sac pick? Lol. Lol lol.

Nuff said.

I'm sure San Antonio fans would also lol 3 times over trading their offensive and defensive beast of a wing, top 7 or 8 player in the NBA for anything less. Fact is if the big boys got together for a trade, the asking price would start there..not sure how anybody could think otherwise. Kawhi is an absolute giant of a player.

If that's the case, even with the extenuating circumstances of Leonard being mentally fragile at the moment, don't you have to make an offer if you are the Celtics? It's not as if Kawhi hasn't exhibited great skill and mental toughness in the past.

Let's go Danny, we ready.

I think they would just give him his money tbh. They aren't trading a top 5 NBA player for 'pennies on the dollar' just because he's a diva..that's just not very 'Spurs' like.

This is very weird to me because Kawhi doesn't seem like the diva type. He would be the last player in the NBA I ccould see pulling this off..I still think this is San Antonio's fault more than his..they must have done something wrong there to push him to react this way.

Didn't they almost lose Duncan to the Magic back in the day? It seems impossible with how consistently flawless their business plans have run the past 2 decades, but this kinda thing has happened with them before. Maybe Kahwaii is also disappointed with the moves they made last offseason- they didn't exactly do too much to bring him help, by extending a 40yr old Gasol by 3 years and letting Jonathon Simmons walk

Yeah, I think Leonard is unhappy. He want a bigger market

I mean he is easily top 5 player and yet he doesnt get the exposure cause spurs.

Walp had over 60 million dollar shoe deal, harden over 200 million, leonard has a 20 million.

That small market team thing can play into decisions alot.

Well they can lol lol lol themselves. If you told people the BKN trade would net Kyrie and Khawi i bet it wouldn’t go so well, seeing as how far Tatum especially has developed his rookie year.

That’s pure insanity. Sac pick, And filler. They are in a position of weakness, not strength.

Wow. This kid is soft. Imagine being the 1st pick overall and being too scared to play. Yikes.

Looking forward to the Leonard sweepstakes this offseason, will be interesting to see if he is traded who gets him.

Philly/Boston/LA/Cavs?

Boston. And only Boston imo.

Is Leonard is moved its to be a part of a big team. And a team eith history and recognition. And sas will want great return.

If he is moved its for tatum and pieces imo.

And for Boston, kawhi makes team on par with gs. If Cs had a bruiser big man then they can match gs small ball

LA makes a lot of sense since he's from there.

You think Boston will try to get him?

When you think about it, did the Sixers even need to trade up to get Fultz? We would have taken Tatum and sounded like LA was taking Lonzo no matter what.
