IF only the Pistons didn't dig themselves too deep a hole, Washington's collapse has been tragically entertaining. We are just one season away from John Wall's $37.8M/season pay raise that will prevent them from adding any talent till the year 2080.

The Bucks must be salivating at a Celtic team w/o Kyrie Irving. Here's the thing, the Bucks are HORRIBLY coached. I actually expect the Celtics to take out the Bucks in 7 games. George Karl to the rescue!

The Indiana Pacers are the most consistent irrelevant playoff team. Every year, they're in. Every year, they get their butts kicked out in the first or second round. Every year the fans go home happy and say, next year!

Over to the West...

Unless the OKC Thunder are stoo-pid, there's no way they fail to make the playoffs with Miami and Memphis as their final two opponents. That might put them on a collision course with Golden State. With Steph Curry getting his leg sawed off, this might be a fair fight. Not really.

Houston Rockets, this is your year...now or never.

Outside of Hakeem, what other center was as skilled as Jokic? Don't say Brad Miller because he was a good passer and I don't think Sabonis is either. This dude a triple double machine.

My other guy Nurkic is busting Jokic ass tho. Love these guys!

only 2 spots left for 3 teams - denver, minny, new orleans. if new orleans wins tonight they're in. and denver plays minny on wed. it's basically a play-in game.

Which would you guys prefer as Houston's first round opponent between Minny and Denver?

Oh wow Spurs and Pelicans play on the last day as well.

Winner of Minny-Denver game could get 7th seed depending on tiebreakers.

I want Minny to play Houston and Denver to play the Warriors. Denver can't beat Houston no matter what, but they definitely can beat the Warriors.

The Warrriors wont get past 2nd round... They play pathetic ball for a while now. And Houston will have a hard time in the playoffs though adding Bzdelik along with CP, PJ and Mbah have improved their defense by a lot

They’ve “played pathetic ball for a while now” because they’ve dealt with injuries to Klay, Dray, KD, and Steph.

The sams cant be said for Celtics or Spurs. How the role players perform means a lot in the playoffs anf Curry has been injured for 4 straight playoffs now. Thats a great minus. We shall see if Durant can carry the load and perform better than he has done throughout the season. Klay also!

Nuggets and Wolves can beat the Warriors, while Spurs and Thunder can beat the Rockets... I think the Pelicans should be the odd team out

Ok, but then battling injuries provides context for them playing poorly - which is why their play has been shaky. Also, unlike the Celtics who have been without Kyrie for a whole, the Warriors’ lineup has been shaky because of all of the daily changes (in addition to having a weaker bench). If not for Dray’s suspension two years ago, the Warriors would have won 3 in a row. I’m not worried about them at all.

Me neither, but Curry's injuries come playoffs time are quite concerning and affects thei play a lot. For three seasons he had both ankle and wrist issues. If he is not shooting and moving like he knows and can, he looks almost mediocre out there.

Both Spurs and Celtics win by playing defense. Their bench arent the most talented ones but their effort and comittment is elite. Thats why Kerr called the team out in a couple of ocassions. Warriors have the talent to be the best defensive team in the league and the role players have to follow the stars example. Young might be the only weak defender for them (talent wise).

Millsap was on Nurkic most of the night, still Jokic had incredible game, triple double with 20 rebounds.
