The good news? There’s a lot of baseball left.

I remember in 2009, the Yankees were OWNED by the Sawx. By the All-Star break, tbe Yankees didn’t win not one game against the Sawx.

Larry David came on and said, I hope the Sawx go undefeated so come playoff time the tide will go the other way.

In the second half, the Yankees tied the season series against the Sawx then cruised to a WS title.

That’s baseball. It’s built on momentum and character.

When the dust settles, we’ll find out this team’s character.

Team lost its character when we let Joe go.

We’re gonna be in the market for a frontline starter at the break. I’ll keep saying Archer as a #2 guy looks better than an Ace. With our bullpen and run support, he’d be someone that would compliment our team.
Brooklyn Nets
Damian Lillard - Rajon Rondo - Trey Burke
Victor Oladipo - Wes Matthews - Javon Carter
Caris LeVert - Derrick Jones Jr. - Glenn Robinson III
Andre Igoudala - Killian Tillie - Trey Lyles
Joel Embiid - Taj Gibson - Kevon Looney

Im completely in favor of starting Torreyes over Wade.

Torreyes consistently makes contact. Wade is striking out in Aaron Judge territory but isnt producing at all. Torreyes K% is excellent. Hes just more trustworthy right now, even dating back to last year. Wade is just not winning the 2B job.

We need contact from the bottom of the order and Torreyes fits what we need at the moment.

Archer would be interesting. It depends who we end up giving up though.

Wont be surprised if its a hefty price since I believe he has a very team friendly contract.

From the beginning I expected around 20-20 to start the year then get hot as the weather heats up. Finish around 95 wins. Standing by that now.

Betances is a train wreck.

Boone shouldve taken him out a while ago. Boone is managing as if its spring training.

Probably something similar to what we were offering for Cole. Frazier + Adams

Either this is a Betances problem or a Larry Rothschild problem.

The Yankees will be fine. I'm patiently waiting on the inevitable Mets collapse. Yes, I'm a terrible person.
