keep it rolling fellas.. spotting a +10, lets stay hot!!

And we don't even have Swarzek or Vargas yet. Cabrera has been outstanding. Everybody filling their rolls and it appears that they all like each other.

We just need one more piece: Kelly Johnson at the trade deadline.

IF They stay hell competitive, this is the year to go BIG at the deadline and acquire a big pen arm and big time hitter at first base (votto type).

But again it’s early. Keep rolling fellas. Mickey has been a good hire thus far.
BAF Suns

Chris Paul / Patrick Beverley / Shamorie Ponds
Buddy Hield / Timothy Luwawu / Stanley Johnson
Kendrick Nunn / Matisse Thybulle / Darius Miller
RJ Barrett / Kyle Kuzma / Dwayne Bacon
DeAndre Jordan / Kenrich Williams / DJ Wilson

Mickey knows what hes doing, I like it because it looks like theyre having fun and at the same time they look like they are unified and on a mission. We got Harvey and Noah going toaday and tomorrow befoe the Nats come into town for a 3 game series Monday-Wed. We wont be seeing Scherzer or Strasburg(they're pitching today and tomorrow) but the have to deal with Degrom/Wheeler/Matz. If we can gain a game on them today or tomorrow and then lay the wood on them this weekend we can open a 10+ Game lead early on and throw a wrench into their plans.

If I'm Sandy i go all in, I call asking about Jose Abreu, and Machado. Machado You could play at 3B and move Frazier to 1st or just pluck Abreu there. It would take a lot but such a trade would solidify the middle of the order :-o

We don't have that much minor league talent and we may have to use it to get a catcher.

he wasn't good, but wasn't as bad as his line shows, that 3run homer he gave up was flukey as hell lol. can't keep his velocity up over 94 past the second inning tho. hopefully future warmer weather helps him out. if anything i think hell be a serviceable 3/4 guy

Agreed. He's looking like a 3/4 starting pitcher right now. But I'm reserving final judgment until the warmer weather arrives.
