-Preaches defense and accountability.
-You can his ability to develop young players on display by watching the Raptors in the playoffs right now. Fred Van Vleet became a very important piece for the Raptors. Pretty much their entire "Bench Mob" was coach up by him.
-Won in the G-league last year and was name G-league coach of the year
-Made it to the G-league finals again even though many of his players were called up.
- From various accounts is a student of the game and open to knew ideas.

These options are too young. We need more experience...

I like Stackhouse for development.
Guy can take a young team with no pressure to win and just work them. He did so with his g league team.
Bring in Mark Jackson he’s gonna want to paint a good record to combat the media
Bring in Jerry Stackhouse, he knows there’s no expectation so he can properly develop

Stack is my #1 pick but Fizdale also seems fine with losing short term if it means developing a winning culture long term.

I actually really doubt Knicks hire Steakhouse. Just a gut feeling.

These are the coaches who I think the Knicks are more likely to hire in order:
1.Fizdale
2.Blatt
3.Jackson
4.Steakhouse
5.Woodson

Stackhouse intrigues me. He's young enough to have the energy to persevere through this rebuild...and he knows how to teach. At the same time, I wonder...the NBA is all about systems. Does his system work in the NBA?

Stackhouse reminds me of Kerr I swear. Cool and calm but trllbit like it is. If Rasheed Walllace is on the bench I do this 10/10

Rookie/inexperienced coach would be a mistake in our situation imo but would hope I was wrong.

Funny how Perry is trying to excite fans but this is going to divide fans like nothing else!

I feel Like Fisher got the job because he knew he triangle and that’s it. I believe if Stack has legit chit to say in the interview he should have as good of a chance as everyone else.

I just see Jordan hiring Stackhouse. That NC connection. We go Fizdale. Just hope we hire the right developmental coaches on his staff.
