Get a good player with our draft pick and sign one or two young players with upside like Hezonja and Jerami Grant. Convince Kanter to leave and O'Quinn to stay. Done.

Nerlens Noel could be a good buy low candidate for us if Enes opts out. Hezonja could also be worth a flier on and staying with the Magic, if you trade Lee and Enes opts out, then I would love to make an offer sheet on Aaron Gordon.
