Back to the Marcus Smart praise, would kill(Maybe just a few puppies) for Justise to have that type of confidence. He doesn't mind taking and missing shots when he gets the opportunity but he's deferring to the vets too much imo. If Heat ever traded Winslow, I'd hope it would be to a team with no expectations where he could hover a 20% USG and not worry too much about taking shots

Casey was a solid coach, but definitely time for a change after back to back sweeps. Guys like Stevens have showed that knowing x's and o's is more important than ever, especially in the playoffs when you don't have superstar players. We need an analytical and calculating coach like that.

Wish we'd move DeRozan too, but it doesn't look like Masai intends to change the player core.

I don’t think the coach is the main issue with the raptors. The problem with the raptors is the team is not good enough to win a championship, but management went all in on their core of players. This core of players lacks many players who could either guard lebron, or exploit the Cavs weaknesses.

No fanbase really knows how their coaching staff works, we just judge them by the number of corrective mistakes. Outside of the blatantly terrible ones, they midas whale be glorified motivational speakers.

Coaches should be fired after their methodology becomes old rhetoric and loses the lockerroom tho, not firing coaches that lose their lockerroom can have lingering effects
