Demanding to be traded to a playoff team is another huge red flag for a guy who has proven nothing. I want no part of him.

He also is one of the worst defensive point guards in the league....ranked 96th in DRPM, below Payton and Ulis... http://www.espn.com/nba/statistics/rpm/_/page/3/sort/DRPM/position/1

I don't think there is any real difference between Schroder and Knight.

I like Cory Joseph. If I was Indiana I'd much rather keep rolling with Collison as the starter as opposed to Schroder.

Knight can shoot and is a good guy. Schroder is a little bitch.

If Knight can shoot, Schroder is a future All-Star. Well below league average career True Shooting % and he refused to take a smaller role the season before

Elfrid was better than Schroder last year in pretty much every way except PPG and FT%:

https://www.basketball-reference.com/play-index/pcm_finder.fcgi?request=1&sum=0&player_id1_hint=Elfrid+Payton&player_id1_select=Elfrid+Payton&y1=2018&player_id1=paytoel01&idx=players&player_id2_hint=Dennis+Schroder&player_id2_select=Dennis+Schroder&y2=2018&player_id2=schrode01&idx=players

and even with Elfrid's bad FT%, his TS% was still better than Schroder's

(not saying the Suns should keep Elfrid, just that Schroder is super-overrated and a super-douche besides)

If we draft a big I would like to trade for him if his value is low.

He is a veteran young and he is on a good contract.

Knight refused to play for the Suns. He is not "a good guy" in terms of professionalism.

I'm taking Knight over Schroder and Elf over both of them. Elf without this thing on his head will be so much better. Quote me on that ;-)

On what planet is $15M per year for Dennis **** Schroder a good contract?

A Top 15 starting PG is better than $14M a year for Brandon "Shaqtin' A Fool" Knight who doesn't deserve anything other than coming off the bench

Schroder and Payton are players who tank their effort when the game is not competitive.

On their best ... As in when they're trying...they're more than capable to be contributors

I'm not sure he's a top-15 PG in the Eastern Conference.

It doesn't matter to me who is "better" or more overpaid between Knight and Schroder. If either of those guys or Payton are our starting point guards we will not be a playoff team or probably even close to one. The Suns will not be fun to watch.

Milwaukee? Lol, Eric gets shafted. Really hopes he thanks Rich Paul for the great advice on the max contract once he signs that 3/45 contract of his this offseason.

There is, Schroder isnt a 3 point shooter.

Congrats on winning the lottery. Would you guys happen to want Dragic back? Seems like the perfect situation to usher in his fellow countrymen into the NBA.

It shouldn't take the 16th pick. There are only a couple teams who should want him and neither are the 2 he mentions wanting to go to. I don't think Milwaukee or Indiana would give anything more valuable than 16th for him that a rebuilding team would want. I would offer our 2nd at MOST, and even then I kind of prefer Bongo on a rookie deal over Schroeder on his. So yeah...maybe a heavily protected future 1st or for knight straight up imo.

PGs simply are not that valuable unless you are an MVP candidate level one. That's why I keep getting absolutely baffled at these 3-4 1st rounder for Kemba offers I see floating around from fans.
