Typically the only prospects dropped are those who've lost eligibility and the manager doesn't have a roster spot for him on Yahoo.

The only time you can add to your minor league roster is through the minor league draft or through trades. There are no FA pickups.

How can Fernando Romero be picked up? He is a prospect.

Prospects can be added to your major league roster on yahoo. Just that you can't put them in your minor league roster nor use the n/a spot if it was an in-season pick up. So if/when Romero gets sent back down he'll have to take a regular spot on Angel's roster and cannot be moved to the n/a spot.

I went through everyone's rosters and found the following rookie eligible players in N/A slots. As per the rules, only non-rookie players may be placed in the N/A spot unless they are on your own minor league roster.

1. Austin Riley - Dinamo

Dinamo, please drop Riley or make room on your roster for him. You have until Thursday noon PST to fix this, or I'll have to drop him from your roster.
