Alright so after all my bitching about KP's strength and conditioning both pre and post injury, I decided to make a video on the topic. So all of you get to see my midget ass screaming into the camera Stephen A. style (not quite). Please share.

Flame away:

I couldn't agree more. Louie Simmons is a strength and conditioning genius. One of his best quotes is something along the lines of:

(Paraphrasing) "A good coach/trainer should be judged by his/her injury list, not his/her client list."

Couldn't be more fitting in KP's situation.

Interesting video. Thanks for sharing.

I'll expect a full evaluation of KP's workout from you once his next Comeback episode comes out.

This video needs more traction. I remember you calling out his trainer last year and calling this injury. Hopefully he doesn't get injured again but it's not looking good.

Thanks man. Very insightful.

RIP KP.

edit: And you should make a new thread and post it there. This needs more attention.

Appreciate that.

I made a separate thread re: his rehab the other day and it was locked. I was told to put everything in the rehab thread.

KP gonna be ready by the season opener. He gains a little strength and plays Center and what we saw the first month of last year becomes the norm.

Hope they dont play him at the start of the season. that would only be 8 months removed from surgery. Would rather play it on the safer side and keep him out around 10 months at least

Not saying I want it either, but KP is a young and ambitious guy who seems to be ahead of schedule with his recovery

Nice analysis! If KP doesn't fix the movement patterns that lead to his injury, he will get injured again. If I were KP's trainer, he would be doing heavy sumo deadlifts and RDLs.
