The Golden State Warriors have agreed to trade Kevin Love and Michael Beasley to the Boston Celtics in exchange for LaMarcus Aldridge and the #53 pick in the 2018 NBA draft.

Could not pass up the opportunity to trade Kevin Love $222/4yrs for LaMarcus Aldridge $200/$2yrs. Tried this trade at the deadline, but it was turned down. We remain competitive while opening up $62 in cap space as opposed to our initial $25. It came at the cost of Beasley, but we can live with that. Deal helps us now and later.

I figure Love and Aldridge are about even. Adding a solid bench piece in Beasley helps a lot. Just need a Rebounding C. If anyone has one available, HMU. Pick 10 is on the block...

Harden/Beverley/Bradley/Love/? With Gerald Green, Dante Cunningham, and Michael Beasley off the bench, among other pieces...

Honestly? If I can just get someone halfway decent to fill in at C I think I’ll be sitting pretty. Depending on who I draft at 10, I’ll be continuing the trade talks to fill that hole.

How much is defense considered in the sim? Is it necessary to have a defensive guard next to Harden to theoretically matchup with the opposing team’s best guard?
