He wants everyone around him to be unselfish. That dude doesn't pass the ball.

he was the best player by leaps and bounds on his HS team

he would obviously have to change his game in the pro's....

...how is that not obvious?

Every NBA guy was likely the best on their HS team. They all have had to change their games. Yes it's obvious.

I just don't think Porter will. He's gonna be Rudy Gay. If Bulls pick him I hope I'm wrong and he's Durant.

That tape that was just posted in his game v. Oak Hill showed him making a killer pass to a teammate for an easy basket. He made it look easy. He may have to adjust his mentality a bit in the nba, to pass more often, but he has demonstrated the necessary coordination and vision and athleticism to be a good passer, so I don't think it will be a big step for him to become a good passer in the nba.

I’m starting to think we just keep number #7 maybe the player they want falls to the Bulls without needing a trade.

I can’t wait to find out whether MPJ is being problematic on purpose or by accident. The suspense is killing me.

If he really used Harry Giles as a comparison for his situation, that's a terrible look. Giles is a former #1 in HS that fell to #20 and redshirted his first year...

He also said he wants to play in summer ball. Doesn't sound like a guy that needs to take a year off.

I love this kid too.

Somehow, someway I'm hoping for a miracle & we land Bamba/Porter Jr.

This rumor of trading up made me more excited and more relaxed at the same time heading into tomorrow's draft. They basically can't fail there.

I hope I don't regret this last sentence, I've got tendency to jinx stuff like that :)

This guy is about to become a gah damn monster in the NBA

That was impressive. Although it was against a guy 16 inches shorter, 15 years older, and 50 pounds lighter. But he did show good handles and a nice looking shot.

He has those scary looking young D-12 dunks

moves with the grace of a SF

And seems to have some Bosh/Garnett in the way of his mobility and shooting touch

There is a very likely chance that this man becomes the best player in the draft.

Bulls aren’t passing on MPJ and I doubt he falls out the top 9. No team is going to reveal they are high on Porter in fear of a team moving up.

Twin towers that can shoot 3's and defend? We're not talking about Curry and Chandler here.

Still yet to be seen if bamba can really shoot it when it counts.

He can't pass either. Major flaw to consider. He could end up negative on offense, plus on defense.

If MPJ had a broken neck, people here would still be dead set on drafting him with the 7th pick, I'm convinced.

Lauri wasn't much of a passer last season either, or at Arizona if I'm not mistaken

So, when Porter says his game is a combination of Durant, McGrady and Antetokoumpo, please allow him to state his case because he is on the trajectory of stardom.

Actually 5th. You forgot Chris Webber. Who was also a stud.

Yes sir, he was a beast!

I don't envision him playing in the post that often, especially in his first few years.

I don't see the touch inside the paint. Still not expecting much on the offensive side, but hopefully in time becomes at least a reliable shooter.

And if Porter was 100% healthy and the Bulls had the #2 pick people would still be advocating Luka Doncic.

People act as if Lauri accomplished more than he actually did last season. I'm not down on him, but he has work to do.

On Bamba, people also have to remember, Eddy Curry actually sucked on offense. Mostly because he couldnt pass. Maybe if NBA was 1 on 1.....
