I’m sold with Knox at 9 if that is Fizdales Guy. If I am the GM , I’m betting my job on Fizdale. He’s going to help him grow and reach that untapped potential.

I’m also betting on Knox’s father. He seems like a really good Dad and I think so far he has raised a very good young man.

I think the sky is the limit for Knox. If he has an inner beast that we havnt seen and Fizdale thinks he can bring that beast out, then I let Fizdale have his guy.

Bamba>Doncic>Knox>Mikal>Carter is I think where im at. I’m only trading down if it’s really really worth it.

where are all these knox and paul george/tatum comparisons coming from. Both those other players had creativity with the rock and ISO ability. Knox basiaclly only scores off of screens and off ball movement.

Tobias Harris comp makes the most sense...and that doesn't thrill me.

I don't know, but that future 1st could be based on them wanting to keep their 9th pick along with receiving the 4th and Parsons.

For Doncic or Bamba only? For me i'd have to add JJJ into that list cause i actually think he'd be a better fit then Bamba playing next to KP. I like Bamba next to him as well but JJJ already has an all around game and can play either the 4 or 5 just like KP.

I just don’t like that he has such a low motor and doesn’t seem to have a great feel for the game. I am not sure if those things can be taught or developed and don’t think it can be blamed on the system. It showed when I watched him, and the stats show it as well. I would agree he has some untapped potential as a scorer, but think it will take a lot of time and may not be worth it in the end.

He can still pan out and maybe it all clicks, but personally I would rather bet on another player at #9.

Here's what I believe: Michael Porter Jr. is going to fall to us. Teams are backing off those medicals about his back. He falls to us, work him out, and if he checks out physically, it's a HUUUUUUGE steal for us.

I’d think about it. I’m not that high on JJJr - I see a Serge Ibaka type with better defense.

with KP being out half the year, WE HAVE TO TANK *RIGHT* NEXT YEAR. that means next year's pick is absolutely untouchable. and if that means no doncic, then that means no doncic. hopefully this teaches our front office what happens when you don't tank correctly.

I just got off the Phone with NAS. He said if you listen closely to the intro he not saying **** Jayz. He knew one day a cat name Joey would play himself on realgm. Ether was meant to be used in the future. :o

Givony said he got same vibe with Knox as he did with PG13 In pre draft workouts.

Exactly. No way it next years first AND #9 AND taking Parsons deal

Amazed if we give up BOTH Frank and 9 AND take on a 50 million sunk cost of a contract. This is a deep draft and the value at 9 is not stratospherically different than 4.

we as knicks fans inflate Franks value. I dont think other teams look at Frank the way our organization does

our organization acquired like 4 PG's since we drafted him. I think they view him the same. The fans however are a different story...

Next year we’re starring at a top 4 pick. 2019 is the last year for the tank and then it’s free agent/playoffs time.

I would have to consider a future first if we could get 4(Bamba) and keep 9(Mikal Bridges), our defense is set and we can start looking for shooters starting with the 2nd round pick.

Don't see the grizz waiting around for a future pick. They would want frank in there than

You don’t realize the cost to trade up then because it 1000% is. You don’t keep 9 and get 4. Stop it.

I don't think so. They need a building block at center. Bamba fits them better.

You keep 9 if you give up next years 1st ,Nkitlina and take on Parsons contract. Nkitilina is a top 7 pick and still cost controlled
