My opinion: Trade Gordon to Jazz for 21st pick - then draft Donte DiVincenzo from Villanova

In my opinion, Rockets need to be cautious, otherwise Rockets will not win Championship next 20 years.

Only player who is 30 and above and its worth 5-year supermax is LeBron. Paul just isn't that guy, and i love his playstyle so much but giving all that money to 33 year old point guard ? Come on now... And trading Gordon who is probably best 6th man alongside Lou Williams is not right thing to do IMO... Wish you guys best this offseason...

Should have kept Bev, Lou Will, Harrell, Dekker and the pick that became Kyle Kuzma(edit: oops we traded that pick with Brewer to get Lou Will)

The general problem is that assuming Lebron or Paul George isn't coming, the odds of the Rockets being able to use that cap space better than having Chris Paul is highly questionable.

The Capela wild card is also significant, given the cap situation now it's possible he might not get as much of an offer as suspected (but it's still going to be way bigger than his current contract.)　and of course, the Rockets probably would want to keep Ariza unless they get one of the afore mention players.

So it's going to be a very tricky off season for Morey to navigate for sure. even if Paul is willing to take a shorter deal, the problem is that with Harden's contract set to really balloon it's not obvious going forward they would be able to do much either.

So the most ideal world they could get a Paul George or Lebron, but after that the contingency plans all seems a bit shaky.

LeBron and CP3 to the Lakers. Clearing Ball and Deng should get them enough cap. Someone out there will eat Deng to get Lolzo.

I would prefer to invent my own arbitrary number of how many years it will be before the Rockets win another championship, but then again it doesn't matter, because tits.

i think if lebron wants to come, then both will take paycuts to keep roster intact as much as possible.

So CP goes back to LAC or bringing his talent to PHX. Houston will get a couple of first round swap yet again. Harden would be overacted and results in early retirement. Great news for GSW. Houston are better off unloading Anderson with 3 firsts.

No they traded the pick after that one. Our pick ended up with Brooklyn I think in the Mozgov trade.

And LOL they just won 65 games and took the best team in the league to 7 and you are complaining still. My god
