Think what you will but Durant would at least have to consider it. We know KD is weak minded and willing to ride others coat tails. If he really thought he was better than LeBron (LOL) he would have won titles in OKC and not taken the weak way out! In other words it wouldn't be Durant's first bitch move!

I recently came to the conclusion that Durant going to the Warriors had nothing to do with him thinking he couldn't beat them. I think he and Russ proved they were capable of beating them when they managed to get a 3-1 lead against them in the WCF. I think he joined the Warriors because he knew it was the only way he was beating Lebron.

I'm glad you're back. I didn't remember seeing you post anything about our draft picks and even posted wondering about your whereabouts in the Off Topic thread.

I go to a festival every year that always starts on the day of the NBA draft.

LeBron just opted out of his player option a day after George at almost the same time of day.

Dan Gilbert reportedly said he wouldn't mind if LeBron left so he can have his team back.

Assuming LeBron goes to LA, PG13 stays with OKC. Kawhi sits out?

What are your western conference standings predictions?

1. Warriors- cruise control
2. Rockets- Lose some role players this offseason.
3. Thunder- figure out how to make it work and get contributions free agent signings.
4. Lakers- LeBron rookies do okay but not enough while they wait on Kawhi.
5. Jazz- take step back
6. Blazers- Lillard trade rumors
7. Pelicans- cousins doesn’t come back.
8. Mavericks- Doncic and Smith best young backcourt?

Spurs miss playoffs finally. Popovich moves into front office role.

T-Wolves battle injuries all year and have big questions.

Who is Houston losing? I thought that talk was only if they had to make room for LeBron? Houston represents the Western Conference in the NBA Finals if CP3 stays healthy, they would have beaten Golden State in 6 games in the WCF with CP3 healthy and playing!

Ariza? Capela? Cp3? All are free agents. Might have to attach someone to get rid of ryan Anderson? They have a lot to worry about outside LeBron

Capela is a priority and the Lakers don't have enough cap for CP3, LeBron and Paul George. Things could always shift and LAL make cap space though, then I could see Ariza signing with the Lakers for the league minimum ring chasing. They already have helicopters following LeBron around, players can't even sign until Friday at Noon.

Paul George at a party hosted by RW with Nas there then meeting with the Thunder Front Office, OKC has to feel good right now BUT if he leaves tonight without an agreement the Thunder should be worried.

What a mistake. If you're going to be a second wheel do it with the best player in the world and the home team. Didn't even meet with the Lakers, OKC won't win anything in the Western Conference! Have fun constantly losing in the first round, Paul.

Eh. Even with LeBron and PG13, I don't think the Lakers can take down the Warriors.

McDeromott to the Pacers
Ilyasova to the Bucks ... not sure what that means for Parker.
My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody

Return to Charlotte Hornets
