Seeing Bayless on that list is one of the more shocking things I’ve ever read, even on this site.

Jaylen alone tops any player on that list, and Boston has two picks more valuable than any Philly can offer. An AD move—which isn’t on the horizon—goes through Boston unless Philly is going to throw Simmons in the mix, which they absolutely should if AD bet became available.

Bayless is an expiring contract, that’s the only reason I mentioned him.

Jaylen is a better prospect, but teams don’t all evaluate players the same way - Fultz has go-to scorer upside.

I don’t see how Davis and the Pelicans are both going to be happy running it back another year, and New Orleans can demand more value making a trade now.

The 76ers have nothing to trade for Anthony Davis. Point blank. Period. That package you put together might not even be enough for the Spurs, a team that has absolutely no leverage and knows that it HAS to trade Kawhi Leonard sometime between now and February, and yet you think it would land Davis from a Pelicans team that has shown absolutely no interest in dealing him and which has Davis under contract through 2021?

Like, how can you possibly put together a 76ers package for Davis and not include Simmons? The funny thing is, even THEN, the Pelicans would probably tell Philly to **** off.

Kinda offtopic but Philippine national team vs Australia national team having one of the biggest brawls I have ever seen :o

Kinda ashamed with this ****.

Update: resulted in 9 ejections for the Pinoys and 4 ejections for the Aussies. Smh.

Thrilla in Manila. That was wild. Bill Laimbeer and the 2004 Pistons/Pacers are appalled.

Offseason is not over, yet Thong Maker already has a new addition to his offensive repertoire. The Thong Flying Kick lol. We better add that to the scouting report.

This gives a better look at the entire play

IMHO - flop by the AU player acting like Deladova and then an absolute sucker punch by the AU guy. That started it and he should be banned from international play after that. What happened after that is everyone’s fault

I already stated that earlier. Does not go close to justifying the reaction.

Two high elbows to the face by the Filipino guy is what started it. Aussie teammate was 100% justified clocking him.

Yeah, I'm embarrassed after seeing most of the vid/pics. Brawl was bigger and nastier than I thought. Lines were crossed to a ridiculous degree. That staffer should be banned from ever working on a professional team. I would just like to say I've watched several Gilas Pilipinas games in the past and this was very unusual behavior from them. Not excusing what happened. That was messed up. FIBA should take appropriate action and be warier in the future. Fight shouldn't have escalated to that level.
