Nope, the aggregation restriction only applies when a player is acquired with an exception. Philly used straight cap room.

An aggregated trade must be simultaneous -- aggregated non-simultaneous trades are not allowed. Also, if a team used an exception to acquire a player (which means it acquired the player by any means other than using cap room), it cannot include that player in an aggregated trade for two months.

I don't think Philly did this for a Kawhi trade. Matching salary for Kawhi wasn't their problem. I legitimately think they got Chandler because they just needed a wing defender.

Other contracts. Used to be a rule that you had 48 hours to package a contract just traded for, but pretty sure you now have to wait 60 days.
