Now we won’t have to worry about scheduling when Biz can come back for the 30 year celebration. Smart logistics trade IYAM.

Biz has been terrible recently and might continue to be, but I'd still rather have him than Mozgov as our last big body off the bench. Hes at least athletic and not old.

Just when I had hopes for this team... Biz makes MORE money than Mozgov. Stone was NON-GUARANTEED.

And doesn't work in trade checker. Wonder what else is involved. We better be getting picks.

nobody is losing sleep over julyan stone  dude been in the league since 2011 and plays like a high school project

I wonder if Mozgov told Mitch that he will sulk just rotting on the bench here. He said as much about the Nets last year, I wonder if through his agent, he said he would be unhappy sitting, and Mitch made a move to switch him out for someone who has been here before, and knows the org.
Who I woulda took:
2023: Miller | 2022: Duren | 2021: Bouknight, Jones | 2020: Ball | 2019: PJ | 2018: MPJ | 2017: Monk | 2016: Damian Jones | 2015: Winslow | 2014: Vonleh, Napier | 2013: McLemore | 2012: MKG | 2011: Knight, Kawhi

Point is, that he was non-guaranteed. He was a way to get under the tax just by cutting him. Now we lost that flexibility.

Maybe we're setting up for an "instant defense infusion" trade in packaging MKG and Biz?

I actually think Biz is much, much more useful than Mozgov if only because he's fast and extremely humble and likeable, and I'm pretty excited to get him back.

Watch him be traded out tomorrow.

I am irrationally excited about this and I don't know why. Biz isn't exactly a skilled basketball player.

There's the Chicago-Orlando portion of the deal. We might be sending Chicago a pick?

Maybe we are sending Stone to Chicago and they are giving us a 2nd round pick? Would that make sense if Grants contract is guaranteed? It balances the salaries out more as well.

Welp, at least Biz will set better screens for Kemba than Howard did?

I don't know, I thought Grant was kinda good? Seems good for Orlando, neutral for us, light for Chicago; so maybe Orlando sends a 2nd?

In before Bonnell publishes an article about how Biz has been working on his range over the summer and has an NBA 3pt shot now adapting to the modern game.
