I agree,

unless its the new years where they do some cool art type fireworks, aside from that It's attention-seeking.

I'm one of those guys that loves to set off fireworks. My neighbors and I put on a great show for all the kids last night. But I can definitely see it getting obnoxious over time if you live in a more quieter neighborhood.

I was deployed last year so I missed 4th of July; so I made sure I went all out this year. :oops:

Just read Tyler Honeycutt, 2nd round pick of the Kings in 2011, is dead, killed in a shootout with the police in Sherman Oaks. He was 27.

Unless your loved one is an immediate danger to others, I’m not sure it’s such a good idea to call the cops for “help” especially if he’s armed.

Maybe if this dude was given time to cool off from whatever he was going through he’d be alive.
