I hope we flip Dudley to a contender for a similar expiring. I'd rather not have all that dead money on the cap which would limit our ability to match salary in a trade.

Agreed and he is older than Carroll, too.

I just wonder from an economic perspective would keeping Dudley be a good move if they were to move Carroll. DeMarre is clearly the better player, I am just curious if accumulating more assets is still the goal, or are they ready to put this current team on the floor.

I've never been a fan of Dudley, but clearly Marks knows more than I do and I trust he will do what's best as he has thus far.

Dudley is a stretch PF. But in fact he is a former player.
We add 2 millions who don't exchange nothing for us at this point and take another second rounder. Good move.

Too bad he's not 25 year old Dudley because that's exactly what this team needs off the bench.
