Hell Yeah, They Gentrifying the whole Ave. Starting from the LIRR by Sutphin, then Parsons, then Border line Kew Gardens/Jamaica/Richmond Hill next to the Van Wyck on Hillside. ITs a WIP but its actual City looking buildings on Sutphin. It bugs me out.

OT: Once I'm on my block with the homies... White Girls from St. Johns start pulling in a buncha cars start twerkin like is this the party ? on my steps. We looking like tf, these kids have no idea where they at right now. We partied with them like f**k it. The Party was around the corner, Fun Night.

Yeah, I know. I had everything at my fingertips in Philly. I got spoiled. The good news is that I get to cook more which I love to do.

And, btw, what's up with all these guys sporting mustaches like from the 70s? I swear this place is like in a time warp except with more vacant strip malls.

They probably are expanding ferry service and its a lot better than riding the trains anyway.

Yea I'm cooking more these days as well. Less money and im a pretty damn good cook.

Lmao. I did notice more mustaches around here. I guess the look is back in style now. Better than all these man buns I've been seeing. When you see a good Tom Selleck mustache you have to appreciate it.

Mustaches, man buns? Sounds like Williamsburg from 2010 moved out to LI.
I'm in LI too, luckily I haven't seen many misplaced hipsters in my neighborhood. :noway:

It's the old men wearing the "law enforcement" or "fire department" stache. They all live out here. Massapequa Park, where I now reside (temporarily, I hope), is called "Cop Town."

I also like to live in mixed neighborhoods. That's definitely not Massapequa Park.

Brooklyn has the best, followed by ONLY certain parts of Queens then the same for Manhattan.

Aside from Luigi's, on the whole food in LI tends to suck. Sorry.
