Everton, Wolves, Fulham and ourselves made some good looking purchases.

It depends. It can be difficult to integrate so many acquisitions. People said the same thing about Everton last window after a host of signings and they managed to get worse.

Having said that, Yerry Mina is surely a good signing as their defence is a bit suspect.

Can't believe you paid 25 mil. for Söyüncü to be honest. He makes easy mistakes fairly often...

Do you guys know if the premier league can still do player for player transfers?

For example lets say Barcelona buys Pogba for Dembele and $30 Million. Is that legal or does it have to be all cash?

Yes, it's allowed. They're not all that common at all but you do occasionally see deals like that.

I just wasn't sure with the transfer being closed for premier league right now. I know before they could.

Oh, I misread what you said. I thought you meant in general.

No, only sales to foreign clubs where the windows are still open are permitted now. Don't think exchange deals would be allowed as that would be seen as circumvention.

Ok, that is what I figured. Thanks. In that case, I would still sell Pogba

Not in this window though. PL clubs cannot bring any other players in. They can only sell or loan players to non pl clubs.

Kovac claims that if Boateng still want to leave Bayern, they will search for a replacement.
But to which team can Boateng go?
PL is impossible, PSG already signed Kehrer...only Serie A and La Liga are left for him

Serie A transfert window is closed (unless Bayern release him but I doubt  ).

His options are down to PSG...and they have signed Kehrer...so nothing will happen at all. He will stay put.

It's good he's in the PL. But, fans in the U.S. are gonna flock to Chelsea now.

American media have hyped him up as "the savior".
