He gave couple of interviews in Bosnian in those days, not sure what is enough cool to share, I will try with this: He said how he was impressed with Faried in gym, that Faried can lift more weights than anybody else in the team.

And also that he really like the fact that he doesn't have to think about food anymore, employers of Nets deliver him meals prepared just for him, with a right amount of nutrients, Musa claims he feels better than ever with that "special for him" made diet.

In an interview this weekend with Radiosarajevo in Bosnia, Dzanan Musa said his goal for this coming season is showing he can be counted on ... as well as physical development.

Asked what are his ambitions in his first year with the Nets, Musa quickly replied, “Physical progress and show that a serious team can count on me,” according to a Google translation of the interview.

“As far as my physical predisposition is concerned, no one has to worry, I have put on seven kilograms in a 25-day period so I do not have to have any disadvantages by the start of the season, and I will try to give my team immediate input,” explained Musa.

He added that he’s “perfecting” his game everyday at the HSS Training Center.

Musa also reiterated that D’Angelo Russell was the first Net to embrace him after the Draft. “We immediately saw each other and even got together in his home,” said Musa who at 19 is only three years younger than DLo.

He added that the team often socializes together. “Many live nearby, so we meet often.”

I don't think this game is anything to really take a lot from, however, Musa's size at 6'9 and ball handling are something to watch.

I know the safe bet is to say that Musa gets dumped into the G league but...i heard the same about Jarrett Allen last year.

I'll wait and see. I think that Marks is thinking 10 steps ahead of everyone in this fanbase.

I don't know if that is the safe bet. He's very experienced for his age. My guess is they find him time with the big club. At worst they do the single day assignment and recalls to get him extra time.

The size, vision and handles are certainly there. He definitely put on some weight too.

his size and handle ability added with the fact that you know he can knock down the deep ball says to me the idea that he's going to stay with the big club isn't far fetched at all.

also, this team isn't really good enough to the point where you can justify not seeing what he can do versus NBA competition due to the people that were here before him. Outside of Russell who am I benching this kid for? I say toss him into the water and see what he can do.

I don't expect Carroll to be a Net at the end of the season. I also wouldn't be surprised if Crabbe or Harris is dealt as well. Time will open up.

Way too many fouls in that league, hate watching games like that. Musa has a lot of work to do

apparently musa suffered achilles injury

it seems it happened early in the game, but he played the entire game and was in the pain after the game and left the court with help of a teammate, so it leads me to think that its not the worst achilles injury, right, i dont think he would be able to play
