+Budenholzer makes everyone on the team better
+Brook Lopez was a high upside low risk signing
--The handling of Jabari and the fact that management insisted on not trading him then let him walk. Any competent Bucks fan saw this coming and it still happened.

You think hiring Budenholzer was a good move?! He's not the right coach to get to the next level. Especially with a guy like Mark Jackson still out there searching for a coaching job. Far more experienced for the job.
Brook Lopez is one of the slowest Centers in the league and not even close to efficient. For a team trying to contend for a championship - Lopez slows them down. They're personnel is for more of a fast paced type of offense. He's not a good fit.
The handling of Jabari was definitely not good. They should have played nice with him and try to at least sign and then trade him. They dropped the ball on that one.
They deserve no more than a D.

moving on from jason kidd was a smart move - how could young players could look-up to a coach that beat his wife and was convicted of driving drunk.. sad he got into HOF

Far more experienced for the job? Mark Jackson has 3 years of coaching experience and no other coaching experience. He's never been on anyone else's staff or coached college or high school or anything. Bud has 5 years as the head coach of the Hawks, and before that 17 years of coaching experience on the Spurs.
You want the Bucks to play fast, but you want Mark Jackson, who tried to purposefully slow the Warriors down, and kept them an average offensive team. Mark Jackson got the Warriors to play a little defense, credit him that.
The Bucks needed shooting around Giannis (and to a lesser extent Bledsoe). They went out and grabbed 2 frontcourt players who can shoot and are decent basketball players. Lopez isn't always the right matchup, but he gives the Bucks a bigger more skilled center. He's also been decently efficient his whole career. He wont be shooting over 50% now that he's more of an outside shooter, but his EFG% and TS% have always been above average. So chill on the "not even close to efficient" blubbering.
For all this talk of trading Jabari... he had no trade value. The Bulls took a one year risk on him. No one was giving up an asset for the right to pay Jabari's contract! He's had 2 acl tears in 4 years. This guy is perceived as damaged goods by 95% of the NBA. He insisted on a big contract, the Bucks made him an offer, he said no, Bucks shrugged. He's also an awkward positional fit with Giannis. I get that some Bucks fans have a boner for him because he can create his own shot, but NBA GM's do not share your opinion on him.
The Bucks have a lot of talent. They needed offensive and defensive cohesion. They made all their moves with that in mind and I think they're all solid moves.

Mark Jackson has a career winning record and is a defensive minded coach (regardless of the team). The Bucks had more defensive issues than offensive issues. You are correct about the fact that they need to add shooters around the Greek Freak especially with his lack of shooting ability. The Bucks need a strong minded/aggressive in your face coach to get to the next level. Budenholzer does not bring that with him.
Lopez is not a good fit at ALL. Point. Blank. Period.

You can't let former #2 overall draft pick Jabari Parker go for ....nothing. You just can't. I don't care how many knee surgeries he had.
We won only 15 games and tanked for him. . . and suffered through the worse year in franchise history to win that draft lottery and now we have nothing to show for it 3-4 years later!?
I don't care what their record is right now without him. That was Inexcusable. You could have sign and traded him or kept him and moved Middleton or something.
But that might be the ONLY mistake they made. But to me it was a very big one. There only hiccup this offseason.
