I mean I get why it's wrong and borderline illegal, but they're also paying these guys to be public figures and giving them 10's if not hundreds of millions of dollars.
No they shouldn't get transcripts of therapy sessions and prescription lists and the such, but even in everyday jobs there are instances when employers can expect to get overall evaluations of at risk employees, especially so in high paying, public type of jobs.
It does open an enormous can of worms though.
