Jackson and Fultz are non-spacing perimeter players with their own respective intangible red flags. I think it will be really hard to envision any team valuing either one of them right now.

They can just think of it like they drafted saric instead of payton.

Dario , Roco and Bayless for Jimmy Butler.

76ers get a scoring wing who defends and is a bonafide disgruntled star.

JoJo/ Amir / Bolden
Chandler / Muscala
Butler / Shamet/ Korkmaz
Redick / Zhiare
Simmons / Fultz / TJ

Butler and Chandler would have to be hitting shots at the peak of their demonstrated ability to make the spacing work. Would also suck when the summer rolls around and 3/5s of our starting lineup expire off the books.

If there is any way WSH does that, which I don't believe there is... you pull the trigger on that immediately. Beal would be a great fit with Embiid.

As far as the other 2, DLo is worth less than Fultz right now. I would do Dinwiddie and DLo for Fultz and Korkmaz. And I don't want to commit to maxing out Kemba, which is what you're doing if you trade Fultz for him.

I would consider just signing Kemba outright at this point come the summer, even though his new deal will be very likely to be horrible by the end.

Washington. Kelly Oubre to the 76ers. But I'd change it up a bit.

76ers - Out: Fultz In: Kelly Oubre and Markief Morris (and maybe a 2nd from Wash)

Phoenix - Out: Josh Jackson In: Markelle Fultz

Washington - Out: Oubre and Morris In: Josh Jackson

Washington does it because they are already over the luxury tax and can't move Otto Porter's massive contract. Kelly Oubre is due to get paid this off-season and they wouldn't have to make a decision on him for 2 more years.

76ers do it because they need an athletic wing that fits their growth timeline. Oubre hasn't done enough to command a Kings ransom in Free agency, and he likely re-signs for the same amount that Fultz was scheduled to get next year anyway, so it doesn't interfere with Star hunting next summer.

Suns do this because they have too many Small Forwards, can't find minutes for all of them and don't have any true PGs on the roster.

Yeah, I think Bradley Beal is Washington's best player and is the kind of asset that goes East-to-West if they find themselves having to move him. I doubt they would consider trading him to a conference rival.

Agreed, Kemba on a 4 year max this summer might be what all roads eventually lead to. While he's old, I do think his game will age well. 40% of his FGAs have been coming from deep range over the last few years. Players that rely heavily on their skill level tend to have a deeper extended prime.

Fultz + CHI 2nd + SAC 2nd for Kemba. Maintain near-max cap space for next summer to try and lure Butler or Middleton.

Simmons(24)/Walker(24)
Walker(10)/Redick(24)/Shamet(14)
Covington(30)/Chandler(18)
Saric(24)/Muscala(14)/Simmons(10)
Embiid(32)/Amir(16)
2023-2024 Philadelphia 76ers:

Lowry/Melton/Payne
Maxey/Hield/Downtin
Oubre/Batum/Council
Harris/Covington/Martin
Embiid/Reed/Bamba

I like this idea, but not sure why WSH would move Markieff. What about this?

PHI gets T. Chandler, Bender, and Oubre
PHX gets Mahinmi, Fultz, SAC 2nd, and CHI 2nd
WSH gets Jackson and Bayless

Saves WSH about 16M right now and as mentioned extends their decision timeframe, PHX gets Fultz plus a couple high 2nds to turn Chandler into Mahinmi, Sixers get a good wing who is on the same timeline as Embiid and Simmons.

I have a really hard time seeing Jordan sign off on Fultz, at the expense of his current franchise player who gets buckets. If any owner in the league prioritizes the "it factor" over anything else, the guy at the top of that list is Jordan. And Fultz's eye test/it factor is the worst part of his game right now. He still doesn't play with the confidence that would make any team acquiring him feel good about making that move.

I think they would move him for the same reason they'd move Oubre. They're both Free agents (Morris is unrestricted) they're both due big raises and Washington is over the Luxury tax. They can play Otto Porter as a stretch 4 if needed. Theyd have Josh Jackson and Troy Brown (2 players I really liked coming out) to play SF/Point Forwards.

I'm more interested in Beverley, but depending on the cost Lou could be a possibility.
