Looking at everyone's schedule, we can still probably lose 2 games and make the playoffs, especially if one of those games isn't Seattle.
That would assume everyone else keeps losing at the same pace. Best teams will be getting hot right about now. Vikings will or they won't. It's turning point time.
I'm just looking at the schedule. Carolina still plays the Saints twice. Seattle has to play KC. The Eagles play the Rams. Dallas plays the Saints. The NFC East teams are playing each other, and the Redskins lost their QB. There are no guarantees, but I think a 9 win team is going to make the playoffs.
Good call, it looks like you are on point.
I think the worst place to be would be hoping a 9 win bum team can back in but ok i get it's better than not. The defense sort of found its swagger against the Packers, and the OC finally chose to increase the average length of passing and it went up to 9 yards last game. If those two things hold into the next few games and they continue to avoid the useless tricky choices, then they have a chance to run the gamut and reclaim their names from last season. They need to stop looking at what other teams are doing and just finish the season as if each game is a must win for their own pride if nothing else.
